I’m a big fan of Opus Yoga and the intimate studio. The studio is comfortable with carpeted floors and ambient lighting and an array of instructors who are highly trained and kind. Glad I found this place.

Really good teachers and atmosphere. Best thing is focus on correct form and continuous feedback. Having tried multiple studios in the area- this is our favorite one

Love the classes here. As a beginner- it's extremely helpful to get personal attention. Took an intro package; and Scott's and Claire's classes has me hooked.
Opus Yoga offers Hatha, Flow and Kundalini Yoga classes for adults and kids as well as workshops and Teacher Training. Our class ability levels run from Gentle to Advanced. Our space is light-filled and warm, our instructors are knowledgeable and committed to the practice of Yoga as a tool for physical, mental and energetic understanding, well-being and self-expression.
