I usually go to a different place, but my gel mani and pedis weren't lasting long. A friend recommended Phoenix Nail Inc and I loved the visit from the moment I walked into the door. The customer service is great, they are very nice, and my nail tech made sure I was satisfied from the shape of my nails to the colors and final outcome. I highly recommend this place and plan to return again.

My twin sister and I went 7/19 And we really enjoyed ourselves. The place was very pretty, the people were nice,we felt special, and most of all, I love my toes! we each got pedicures. Thank you, Phoenix nails😊

They took us right away and did an excellent job.
They were very nice, warm, professional, and friendly.

Nails.

My son’s girlfriend was over visiting from VA and she asked if there was a decent place to get her nails filled so I told her about Phoenix Nails. She asked for a specific shape and length and didn’t get what she wanted either the tech just didn’t understand or just took it upon herself to do what she wanted to her nails when my sons girlfriend said something to her and pointed it out she ignored her and started talking in her language to another tech, how rude! I was reluctant to recommend her there because years ago I had a similar experience and was then asked not to return by the owner bc the wife said I was too particular . You’d think that if you’re paying for service you’d have every right to ask and get what you want if you’re paying not what they think you should get done to your nails. WOW! Hasn’t been much change with management and the place needs a remodel it’s due for an update. Never recommending this place again.

First time here and I have to say I’m so impressed by the quality and the value of money of this nail salon. Tiffany was very attention to detail and she makes sure I’m satisfied with every step. Would definitely keep coming back!

Samaria was the best! From my pedicure to my full set, I’ll only come back for her. Others I have had would not pay attention to detail or gaslight me when I had an issue but she not only makes sure everything looks to your liking but double checks with you. She takes her time and you can tell she wants to make sure you’re happy!

N I didn’t have to wait for long time and it was my time there.

My first time at Phoenix salon and my experience was great! I did a walk- in appointment and was taken care of immediately. Sabrina did my tapered almond shape, which was my first time trying this shape. The technician took her time on the shaping til I was completely satisfied and Mia was the technician who finished off my service and did the polishing. The ambiance was lovely and I was done in a timely manner. Great salon and ladies. I will be back!

Tears of Joy really are a thing.
Let’s start off with the space. Gorgeous and serene might I add clean. Created by friendly face sitting at front desk. Sign in on iPad.
Share what I need and placed with Tuyet. She was really patient and asked me what I needed or wanted each step of the way.
To begin I was asked to wash my hands. Then I went to the warm wax station where I dipped my hand in the velvety warm wax and a plastic was placed on my hands. I waited for a few minutes as my fingers marinated 😏. Then she pulls it off and my hand looking extra moisturized. We begin the process. Cut file trim and paint - I wanted something very simple today because my nails were messed up when I went to a different location earlier in the day. Yes Tuyet made it manageable my nails were redeemed. 😭😭
Even with basic manicure got me a nice little massage.
But really what sets this place apart is the atmosphere, the vibe. The workers aren’t cranky they are funny and the sweetest. It feels like they genuinely care.
10/10 recommend.
