It was National Pie Day so I decided to try &'s pizza. Ordering on their app was swift and easy, it tells you when the pizza will be ready at an approximate time (which was about 10 min), however when I arrived at the approximate time I was waiting for another 15 minutes. It was uncalled for & they were pretty busy that day from the high demand of online orders and in person.. the employees were not courteous about the wait time but the pizza itself made up for it. The following day I received an email about apologizing for any inconvenience during my visit and gifted me 100 coins, a reward system they've implemented to redeem certain items on the menu for free. Certainly they are diligent on keeping their customers happy.

Extremely poor service. Insanely delayed wait times. Horrible communication and customer service.Our order was expected to be ready at 7:33 and at 8:00 we still had no reasonable expectation of when we would receive our food. This place could benefit from some solid procedural improvements because at least 1 person was aimlessly walking around. I can only assume they were short staffed today because this was egregiously bad.Won’t be coming back here at all.

For online order pick-up, the cashier/supervisor/manager is quick and attentive. Great service to him and the staff.

I don’t always leave reviews unless it’s really bad . I was in there eating and saw a roach crawling on the table it was gross. And It ran under the table. I left ASAP! Disgusting

Place with unique design ideas. Very delicious pizza. Located in good place. Decent price. From me I recommend pineapple jack and try & pizza drinks very good.?

I'm surprised how good this place is. I was going to Pieology for gluten free/dairy free but they closed so I tried this place and it's better! Not only better but way more consistent with cooking the pies fully and melting the cheese. The toppings aren't puled high like Pieology, and they have left off multiple ingredients every time I order ahead, and forgetting 3 ingredients including the chicken is a pretty big deal, but usually only one or two toppings are missing. However don't expect full servings of toppings if you order online. For real I got 2 slices of ham on the last pie. I really hope that if I go inside the employees will do a better job, but overall it's really good GF/DF pizza and my family loves the regular crust and cheese.

Staff was very polite, the restaurant was very clean. I walked in and came at a somewhat busy time and the staff got to me in a reasonable amount of time. Will be visiting again soon when my diet allows.

I would say I got about what I expected. A place where you can customize your pizza any which way you want at a medium price point. The pizza was solid, but I wouldn't say much stood out to me, good or bad. I've been to other establishments with the same model such as Rapid Fired Pizza and Mods and I would say they are all very similar with some minor differences not worth mentioning.I would probably come here regularly for lunch if I worked close by, as they are very fast and efficient, and I think it would be very hard to get sick of this place, with all the different sauce and topping combinations you can create. However, probably not somewhere I'll go out of my way for since you can find better taste and quality elsewhere.

I normally order online nevertheless when I arrive, I don't wait long and I am greeted with a friendly smile. It's great service and the food is phenomenal. Clean place and good ambiance.
