Play More Games is a great local board game store with a very nice, welcoming vibe and laid back atmosphere. It is a great little game store tucked into the corner of a shopping center, with plenty of parking. The store carries all kinds of board games and the usual TCG staples, with an interesting selection that includes some older used stock and movie themed items. They carry tons of other supplies.
The owner is super friendly and very insightful on trading card games, taking time to answer questions. Everyone in the store is very friendly. The owner does his best to carry a decent amount of the Pokemon line, though demand can outpace the supply and there are no singles at this time. The store is supported by PTCI with game support for its Pokemon league, so attendees get a promo pack. The league is rebuilding its player base every third Sunday of the month, offering nothing overly competitive, which is great for beginners and casual play. The best place to keep up to date is their Facebook page. It is a great local gaming store to support.
This place is pretty cool. They just need to run more Pokemon events and then they’ll be the coolest.
