One of the worst shops in the DMV. If you want your time to be wasted, go here. Dropped off my car on Tuesday and DJ said it would be done in about 2 days. A week go by and I call and he says he won’t work on it and need to come pick it up. Was very rude and unprofessional in the phone. Time wasted. As an advice; don’t waste your time. Find a better mechanic.

Absolutely recommend this shop! As a woman, it’s easy to worry about being taken advantage of, but I felt totally respected here. Everyone was friendly, no pressure, and no weird vibes.
The price came in lower than quoted (yes, really!), and they don’t charge for diagnostics, which is amazing. Fast service, honest work, and all-around good people.
I left doing a happy dance, literally 💃🙌Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Premier Auto Clinic for a while now and they never disappoint! Seriously. The team is always friendly, honest and reliable. They explain everything clearly and never push unnecessary repairs. Also shout out to DJ for always going the extra mile. I highly recommend Premier Auto Clinic for reliable and quality care.

Very bad place, my mom went there and lost so much money and they didn’t even fix her car.

I had my daughters car taken there after a claim refusal from my insurance company. I called and spoke to DJ. He provided us with amazing customer service from start to finish! The turnaround time was quick, prices are definitely fair. I would highly recommend Premier Auto clinic.

Once upon a time this business might have performed ethical work, but I can tell you that the work performed on my Porsche was dishonest and incomplete (i.e. work charged but not performed)

I visit this place from PG county, DJ is an awesome tech and awesome customer service. My car is running great! The waiting room has cable tv and a very nice family friendly dog.
