The staff at Fox Auto are on top of their game. As you read comments from others you will see consistency. Always a great thing to have an auto shop that knows how to do business. I had my brakes and rotors (front & rear) and emergency brakes on my Tundra replaced with Power Stop parts. They addressed any “extra” issues and made sure my truck was ready for the road. Anderson is an extremely knowledgeable and courteous person. Money well spent. My go to shop now. If you have been serviced by them you know what I mean, if you haven’t what are you waiting for(?)!

I have two cars. One is Volvo xc60, of which engine stopping working one year ago and was replaced by Fox Auto repair shop with a used one. The car's engine now run smoothly. I am happy I can drive it to work again. The other car is Ford explorer. Fox Auto repair its AC and replaced its engine chain. The explorer now run without any problems. They are the most professional technician I've met. We trust them.

Oscar and his team replaced brakes and rotors on my car. Brakes were very reasonably priced, and now feel great! Also, they quickly diagnosed and repaired a 'belt pulley' noise in the engine, an issue that had other shops stumped. Oscar is an extremely knowledgeable and courteous person. I definitely recommend Fox Auto Center!

The owner Oscar and the customer service Camila were nice. However, I came in with an engine light on, Autozone read problem of coil in cylinder 8, they quote me the repair for around $180. When I arrived, they told me it was the turbo and had to leave the car for 2 days. When I went to pick up it was $550 and they told me they gave me a discount that it was actually $800. The invoice has no error codes or anything: just some misspelled info. Couple of days later the engine light turn on again. I am in another state and so asked for refund, they didn’t want to give it back to me and told me I had to come back. Now I am disputing my credit card company and will use my lawyers if needed. Really disappointed in trusting these people, I thought they were on my side but did a poor service and didn’t want to own their mistake. They also didn’t know my vehicle had a cabin filter inside the vehicle, so yeah, their technician was kind of lost, he could have used youtube to find info.
