I am so thankful to have people in my life like the people you have behind the counter here at this storage facility. I am a senior citizen now and I have been treated with such kindness by the people who are here missed Carlton and Mr. Joseph. They helped me salute a problem that I was having and there is nothing like having that kind of support when you are stressing. Keep up the good work hire more people like them. I had the most helpful and courteous experience at the Public Storage location on E Diamond. We are a retired military family who have had the need of external storage on/off for the last 20yrs. Thru out those years it’s just been short direct to business customer service. But as of today we experienced exceptional customer service by Carlton and his co-worker (sorry I can’t remember his name at the moment) but he was equally exceptional. What made it exceptional was the compassion and non judgmental attitude towards our situation of feeling overwhelmed by needing space again after all these years. It might not mean a lot to most people but good help is hard to find and even more rare these days are engaged staff. Hats off to the 2 great employees at Diamond Rd in Gaithersburg your attention to details and approachable attitude was well received and I hope other customers take the time to acknowledge your efforts.

Responsive employees to answer questions and help sort out moving to a new unit, fast service and easy moving process. They gladly showed me around the facility to locate alternate loading points and to find carts for fewer trips, highly recommend!

I was having a horrible day when I decided to go to Public Storage. Carlton turned it all around with his positive and helpful attitude. He gave me options on choosing the right unit and even looked online at other Public Storage units in the area to better help me. He made my experience enjoyable and easy. Wendy his co worker was also very friendly and accommodating. Public Storage needs to have employees like Carlton and Wendy at all there locations.

The staff was great, highly professional and they were honest and detailed oriented. I would recommend this public storage to friends and family openly. I was assisted by Carlton and he was a true professional and provided excellent customer service and made sure I was clear on everything and provided excellent recommendations.
