Ali is extremely helpful, which is what made up for the challenges I encountered. On a few occasions the elevator did not work, but I believe that’s now fixed.

I rented a unit at the Gaithersburg, MD off Christopher Rd storage facility for about eight months and visited two to three times a month to access my belongings. There are a few key things I look for in a storage unit: easy access, working elevators, and a pest-free environment. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed.
The good: I didn’t notice any pest issues on the second floor where my unit was, which was important to me. And eventually, they did replace the frequently broken building doors.
The bad—and the reason I ultimately moved out—was the elevator situation. One of the two elevators has been out of service for at least six months. The other one breaks down regularly, and I’ve personally been stuck inside more than once. If your unit is on an upper floor, this is a major problem.
Unless you’re renting a unit on the first floor, I can’t recommend this location. The unreliable elevator access makes it too stressful and inconvenient.

Ali was very respectful and helpful. On the other hand other guy Jason told me misleading info. He gave me wrong information on serval occasions. When calling store when he is there he does not want to help. He needs to be retrained. Very unsatisfied

The guy at the desk (didn't catch his name) was SUPER helpful. I was having trouble setting up my rental online, and he was able to get me set up asap when I went in.
