By far the worse shop I been to, completely unprofessional, the bald short mechanic especially was extremely rude. I wouldnât recommend anyone to bring their car to this place, I brought my car here on a whim, and instead of the issues I brought my car in for getting fixed they made my car worse, they never fixed the initial problems and still charged me. So I ended up taking it to another mechanic that fixed it and said whoever worked on it prior really made it worse. This place scams their customers and then go as far as even curse at them after. Wouldnât recommend this place to my worse enemy.

I went to this gas station around 2 pm to get my tires changed. They told me to drop off the tires and come back by 6 pm or a few minutes earlier with my car. When I returned at that time, the new owner told me it was too late and to come back another day. I asked him to help me since he gave me that time, but he rudely said he wasnât stupid and refused to change the tires that day. Iâve been a customer here for over 20 years, and the way he treated me was unacceptable. At the very least, he could have spoken to me politely. I donât recommend dealing with him directly. For Andres and the front desk lady A+.

Whoever is running the phone here does not know how to use one. I had asked twice about how much a tire rotation would be and the answer from the girl was âuh hang onâ and I was literally left on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and called again and it was the same person who acted like I didnât ask for anything and when I asked the second time she put me on hold for another 7 minutes. I gave up after the second time, horrible experience I canât even get a question answered over the phone.
