They changed the oil on my wife’s 2009 vw passat station wagon. Didn’t fill it with oil. It blew up. And the gave us a fraction of what it was worth. It has been quite a bit of time since. But, we still have not received any reimbursement for being stranded on a highway or time lost.

Made an appointment to get new tires and to have them balance and aligned. There were problems. However, everyone at Rice Tire worked hard to fix these problems and get my car back on the road. I really can not express how impressed I was with their service. Since then I have recommend them to friends and relatives. And I know of 3 people who have gone and received the same outstanding service that I received.

I had a tire rotation done at Rice Tire. They completed the service quickly, which was appreciated. However, I noticed that the tire pressure wasn't adjusted during the rotation. Since front and rear tires typically require different pressures, it would have been helpful if they had checked and adjusted them accordingly.
