Ross treat everyone as thieves. You pay at the register and immediately the security guy ask for receipts. I mean you just saw me pay.

They have nice juicy couture stuff but the workers are ignorant (lacking of knowledge) and rude. I have nothing against people who English isn't their first language but know enough to do your job sufficiently and not catch a attitude and take three customers before me because you dont know which item im pointing to. The manager is an angry women I have NEVER seen her smile or greet me properly. I tried to exchange my bracelet because of bad quality and I did not have my receipt which I take accountably for but I had proof of the transaction on my bank history she said that wouldn't suffice I needed the tiny little sticker that comes on the bracelets to do it. I didn't have it because who really keeps tiny sticker tags? Today I came across it I go to the store and they refuse to exchange my item. These people at this location are just plain old mean and seem to hate their job. I wouldn't return to this location if my life depended on it. They also also make up prices off the top of their head. Horrible customer service and just plain old off putting personalties, I do hope they treat other costumers better than the service I have experienced. Not everyone can take feeling put down, bullied and just disregarded. Attached is the tiny tag they expect you to keep? and my camera didn't pick up the tarnishing that well butt the fact of the matter is I wasnt happy

Very good to buy, clothes, lotions and different things for the home, there is an infinite variety of clothing items, I love shopping at this place I go for something and I come back with several bags full of something that I was not even looking for because it is cheap and It has good quality brands, so if you are going to buy clothes I recommend this place.

Between the annoying alarm in the shoe section giving me a headache to the items locked up to where I have to ask every time I want to see a price tag to the security at the door checking your receipts at the door and looking through your bag I'm over it. I completely understand loss prevention but at this point you're treating customers like criminals. The prices are great but I don't think I'll come back here.

This store has a problem with racial profiling black people, I came here 10-11-2024 to buy something the Spanish security man or women, I don't know if he was a man or woman he looks like a woman ask me to see my receipt then ask me to open my bag he was standing behind me when I paid for everything I got he didn't ask the other Spanish people coming out of the store beside me. Black people don't shop here for Christmas or anytime . I make more than everyone that works here.

Would give zero stars if possible, had no idea Ross has implemented receipt checks but apparently that's the case. First time at this location and purchased one item, item was placed in a Ross bag by the checkout associate and upon exiting I was stopped by an LP at the door who pulls out a highlighter and says "receipt checks" I said "Dude no, it's clearly in a bag and you obviously saw me at checkout so I clearly didn't steal anything so no" to which he replied "well sir you don't have to but it's policy and I'll have to report you". Do what you have to do dude, I clearly paid for my item so I'm not worried. This receipt check "policy" at places is getting out of hand, places like Sam's Club and Costco you have to do it because it's in the membership agreement but I don't remember signing a membership agreement to shop at Ross. Smdh long rant but Ross do better, I'll shop elsewhere.
