On 11/1 , I stopped by Royal Farms on spectrum dr. to get their great chicken. I made the order and payed came back to take it. Just as I got to the warmer that holds the food ,I noticed that the worker was removing the one 8 inch pan in the middle. Too my dismay , the inner compartment was so nasty looking with burnt food , blackened particularly stains and other eye sores. Then the young man noticed that I was looking he tried to cover it up . I asked if they cleaned it when, he mentioned when the time permits. I was a frequent fan of your chain and food, but not now.!! If this is a current policy, it should be resolved quickly, or your company may have a short experience in the DMV area.!

Do not go here for anything. They are disrespectful, disregardful and rude. They don't like thier job and they show it. Staff missed my order(incomplete) and when I indicated she would even say a word. Just dropped the food on the table le and walked away. This is the second time these people are doing this to me. Please go somewhere else with your money, they don't deserve it.

Chicken and chicken sliders are great, freshly made. Sliders have a pretty big chunk of chicken! The ordering and payment system takes getting used to. Gas: if you don't have Rofo payment set up - which I don't since they only accept a bank account - you can't scan your rewards card from the gas pump.
The car wash touch screen is messed up so you keep entering the wrong numbers; someone was stuck ahead of us for almost 10 minutes trying to buy a car wash. FIX IT! The scrubbing brushes are a bit scary; they knocked my side mirror from folded to unfolded. But it was a better clean than touches.

Took around an hour to tell me that the Spicy Fries I ordered were not made and could not be made because the cook left and didn't make them. Then ask for the store phone number to talk to the GM in the morning and was told to "GOOGLE IT". Shows the lack of respect the night manager has for their customers. Just came on shift since it was between shifts. This is my second incident with Royal Farms (different one) and figure nothing is going to be done again.

I don’t know where to start. The moment you go inside your whole clothes will smell like chicken, the chicken is soak with grease, if you need a plastic bag you have to go out of your way to find the lady and show proof of a receipt. The whole reason I won’t give it a one star because the workers are good people and I do love their coffee but because of the strong grease smell I would rather go to the closest 7-11 near by

Best fried chicken in Fredrick!! Always clean, makes me feel very comfortable eating their yummy food :) Staff is pretty nice too!

Royal farms has always been one of my favorite places to stop, they have the best snacks! One thing i must say though, is that It is always super clean, which is probably one of the most important things to me when going into a gas station. Keep up the great work!

I visited the Royal Farms in Gaithersburg Md. It was the cleanest gas station around. I was greeted with smiles and friendly people. As I got gas, I decided to order their famous chicken. It was fresh and the biscuits were delicious. I’ll be coming back ?

The customer service was real good. The fried chicken was the bomb. Definitely my family and I coming back place is so clean too. This makes you feel so welcome.
