Ladies, visit this place. They got everything as in everything a woman ever needs.For instance,if you want to smell great, sephora got you?If you forgot, your mascara, sephora got you?If you run out of a facial cleanser, sephora got you.?If you run out of lipstick, lipbalm and lipgloss..run to sephora.If you run out of eyeliner, lip liners ?? pass by sephora.

I LOVE SEPHORA. The experience is everything. The costumer service is everything. I love walking atriums in Sephora and I think I go about 2 a weeks

The employees follow you every single corner of the store. I which they use cameras or let you try cosmetics relax. I prefer to buy online.

The customer service at this store was HORRIBLE today. I went into the store to buy some perfume. I found a bottle that I liked for $160, but I could not find someone to unlock the drawer for me. When I finally did find someone to assist me, as we're walking to get my perfume, she said, "Give me 2 minutes." She proceeds to go run up a CUSTOMER who's purchasing a lipstick or something! Mind you, there was a cashier already ringing up one of the 2 customers in line?. I will not pay you to disrespect me, I'll take my business elsewhere!!!!

Went to Sephora at the Gaithersburg location over the weekend. Normally staff is nice and helpful BUT not the day I went. The check out person was rude and told me that I had an attitude because something that she ran up was higher than what was listed. Instead of helping me by double checking the price I saw, she told me not to get an attitude with her. Which all I said was that the price listed is not the price being shown at check-out. I refuse to go back to a store where the staff does not take the time to fix a problem but instead states that the customer has an attitude. I spoke to the manager before I left but it was too late.

It is located near Paladar Restaurant. It's a lot smaller than the ones at the mall. For the most part, employees are ready to help you which is good. However, most of the items I was looking for was not available at the store. However I was able to find other items on my list.The MUA was on point in helping me find the perfect foundation to match my skin tone, and suggested a new mascara to try. Def coming back to this location.

Walked through the store for 7 mins looking for something and not one staff member approached to ask if we needed assistance. Not like the store was busy or they were busy as a few of the girls were all busy in conversation. Once I interrupted and asked I was given some assistance but left alone after and the conversation continued. Maybe if they got paid based on sales they would all be more helpful.

I was shopping here and saw the manager being very rude and condescending to a customer who I overheard was just asking a question about bag fees. It was very uncomfortable for all the other shoppers to witness this interaction and many of us left without completing our purchase because the manager was very unprofessional towards this customer. This happened on March 5th around 1:50pm. Sephora please retrain all employees at this location because I don’t feel comfortable shopping here after seeing this type of behaviour from a manager.

Unfortunately my friend and I had a terrible experience at this store after our encounter with the store manager (Marcela). We bought something online for in-store pick up. We were automatically charged for a bag but the website stated we can request a refund if the bag isn't needed. My friend had gone into the store and asked for a refund for the bag since she didn't need it and had her own bag. Marcela was extremely rude and even made a remark saying how complicated it is to give the refund and she could \\\"Toss her a nickel\\\" if she wants the refund so badly. The manager made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable and quite frankly, embarrassed for asking something we are entitled to (again, it says it on the Sephora website). If this is how the manager treats her customers then I feel bad for the staff. Everyone else was friendly but I wouldn't recommend visiting this location due to the manager's terrible attitude.

Absolutely loved how Bridget did my make-up! This was my first time getting full make-up done and it was everything I hoped for and more. She was super patient explaining everything and showing me techniques. Mary was also extremely helpful at making sure I got all the right products before leaving. Thank you!
