took 30 minutes for food to come out & the drink ended up sitting for that long as well. they forgot utensils & the sauce too. everything is messed up in this location

I’ve never been to any restaurant or quick order place where the cashier, Soror, thinks it’s okay to call the customer by their first and last name. Not only is it disrespectful but it’s inappropriate in a workplace setting. Then the cashier wanted to argue with me about it. But the manager allowed it to happen. I will never spend another penny here. I’ve repeatedly told the cashier not to do this but the tipping point was when she thought it was funny to do it on the PA system. Talk about rude. This person needs to be fired.

Yeah first and last time I order food, or even walk in here. It's 1:28am, as I watch these ladies pack my order, I hear one worker say "hey, there might be a cinnabon pocket missing" then the other girl who is listening to music loudly says "girl just put it in there, trust me the 8 are in there"... Soon as I get in the car guess what, it indeed was not in there. To the curly haired girl, listening to music... Stop singing, stop dancing, and do your job. Thanks for wasting my time.

I often order from this location via DoorDash. Almost 80 percent of my orders are always missing items or have the wrong item included. The level of incompetency to put together a correct order at this place is beyond disturbing. I really hope this message meets management and staff is trained to do better. I love Sheetz but I have a serious hate for this location. Please get your crap together over there. Wish I could give you guys negative stars right now.

I absolutely love sheetz. I save all my points when I use my sheetz card because if you have the sheetz app you can use your points to get .50 cents off per gallon and sometimes more then that.

Well thought out footprint for traffic flow, large lot. Parking lot was clean. Love that they didn't put a video screen on the gas pumps for annoying advertising.
Ordered some food while I waited out rush hour traffic, good crew back there. Made correctly to order and in a timely manner, along with the other tickets they had.
Sheetz is awesome, this one looks new like the one in my area (Middle River/White Marsh) glad to see them expanding.

Stop by here to get gas and some snacks. The staff in the counter was nice and store is clean and well stocked. It was a good experience.

These people don’t know how to work a drive thru window. I ordered for “drive thru” on the app at work and drove to Sheetz. I was literally stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes because no one wanted to check the window. All I could see was two guys inside with AirPods in just dealing with the inside orders and walking around. It’s like they forgot there was even a drive thru window attached to the place. When I finally flagged someone down my order was already sitting at the window. All that time I wasted could have literally been saved if 1 out of the 6 people working would have OPENED THE WINDOW. All the guy said was “I’m sorry” and on top of that they forgot to put the sauce in my bag. Drive Thru’s are made for speed and connivance and this was literally the opposite. I came from a late night shift at 12 AM just expecting to get gas, order food and leave. I was in the drive thru at 12:10 AM and literally didn’t get to leave until 12:30. Worst experience at Sheetz I’ve ever had and these workers need to do better.
