The manager is rude and didn’t give us a refund. He yelled at my son and we left with no gas. We are still waiting for refund and we ended up having to call police to come assist because the manager was yelling and not offering any compensation. When you stop for gas you need gas to keep going. We had no gas and had to go spend more money next door at BP where we never have issues. I told the BP cashier what happened and they gave us free water. Now that’s great customer service.Raghu has still not given us refund for gas we have been daily

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars, the worst mechanics place I have ever visited, the person who helped me is arrogant and in a bad mood and charges you more than what was said, it hurts because they are bad, I don't recommend them, change their attitudes.

I filled up my car today and the Pumps we're running very slow. The pump finally shut down before I've completely filled up and I went into ask the attendant about it and she said just start over. I asked about getting my discount again and she said no. So I left and finished at the BP next door. Poor customer service.

The gas pumps are running very slow and the Giant gas rewards weren't accurate. There needs to be fix to the card readers for chip cards, it tells you to remove your card quickly even though is a chip card. Then the sale gets messed up and you have to start over. When you start the sale over you lose your original amount of gas rewards and are given a lesser amount. I have noticed this problem in more than one of the pump stations at this Shell station.
