I was just getting RIPPED OFF when I was getting 87, but was charged for premium!! I went to check with the sales person inside. She accused me for pressing the wrong button and was super rude! I mean, how can I mess up the buttons, when 87 is in the middle and the premium is far right….I never had such horrible experience getting gas elsewhere, especially when the sales person was implying that I couldn’t figure out which button to press for regular gas (the condescending attitude reported by others is definitely true)!! I saw others made similar comments in recent months about automatic switching to premium (and also from pump #7), so clearly this is not just happening to myself. Please stay away from this gas station. I hope others won’t need to take this scam again!

Worst customer service. I just needed to ask if they were open and the guy yelled at me to use to buzzer. He was the one who came over five minutes later and pointed to a sign that said Pay here with cash. I read the sign and he flipped it to say closed. Could have saved a lot of time…

JOSE SANCHEZ ILLEGALLY sells cars here. Put me $4k in the hole, and car needs $4k to pass inspection. Way to take advantage of a 20-something who just moved 300 miles away from home. What a good, honest living, pal. I hope you're sleepy cozy at night knowing you are robbing people of their safety and financial security :)

I used pump #7 to fill up with gas. I entered my FR alt ID and credit card and selected regular gas. However, the pump automatically switched to premium which i realized after around 3 gallons were filled. I stopped pumping, took the receipt, and went inside to discuss what happened. The employee who came to help me seemed to be making fun of me with a big smile on his face. He used his credit card to try and replicate the issue, which worked fine for him. Despite my explanation, the employee condescended and tried to teach me how to pump gas as if it was my first time, even saying, "Do you want to learn how to pump gas or not?"
I am certain that I selected regular gas, and they can review of the camera footage, if they have any.
I have had issues with Shell and FR discounts. I use Shell because of my T-Mobile discount, and this week there was a 20-cent discount. It appears that Shell always messes up when there's a higher T-Mobile discount.
As a result of this experience, I have decided not to visit any Shell gas stations anymore.

Grossest bathroom! The attendant looked annoyed when we walked in the door and was not friendly at all! I would skip this location if at all possible!

The battery light on my car went on while I was driving on the interstate and the engine started sputtering. Turns out the alternator was not working properly and the car was running off the battery. I was able to pull in and had the alternator replaced in less than two hours. Very efficient and professional!

Utilized this mechanic in my neighborhood several times to have work done on my three cars. He put synthetic oil on one car that is not designed for it, and didn't clean up the under carriage properly that oil leaked on to my garage floor. He did oil change on another car. After the oil change he didn't put the undercarriage back properly that it partially fell off while driving. I asked him to put it back properly the next day, he charged me $20. I had two more negative experiences with this mechanic that made me question his ethics and quality of work. I do not recommend this place.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DRIVE IN!! Their roads are horrendous and it caused damage to the underside of my car. I've been battling for weeks now to get someone to respond to me on reimbursing the damages. The station manager has not responded to any escalation requests by Shell headquarters and I'm at my wit's end.One of the covers in the ground for the gas was NOT secured and surrounded by broken asphalt, it's very dangerous.The noise it made was so loud everyone that was pumping for gas turned their heads to see what the noise was from! The cashier witnessed the whole thing as she was outside sweeping.I got out and asked her to put up a hazard sign because someone could seriously get hurt and she turned right around to go inside and ignored me. She was very unhelpful to the point where I had to get the police involved because she refused to give me any contact information for the station manager which I understand they're trained not to, but still, is there no protocols for when accidents happen onsite??

Its a gas station like every other, however it tends to be more affordable due to its heavy traffic area.
