I came to Sherwin Williams to get paint for my kid’s room, when we were in the process of picking up colors with my two daughters; We heard the employees talking in a very inappropriate way.
I immediately left with my girls.
As a mom, It’s upsetting knowing that my daughters had to listen to that.

I came in on Sunday to grab four buckets of promare ceiling paint and a Asian guy I think he said his name was Josh was smoking something inside the store because when I came into the store to pick up paint as i got into the door I saw a cloud of smoke coming out of his mouth and that is just unacceptable then he sat here and said to me we don’t have any even though I saw he had like five left I think

The store and associates were fully-compliant with Covid-19 protection--I felt safe. The associate was very helpful in selecting the grade of paint I needed for my project. He was also able to match an ancient color from SW.
