I was at the store during the open hours which are posted on the window but the entrance was locked. Knocks on the door and repeated calls to the store were also unanswered. The neighbor said she didn't know if anyone was there.I also spoke with the nearby Sherwin-Williams stores and each of them said this was the only nearby store that sells automotive paint.That is an important point because it means anyone visiting has to drive a long distance. It is half an hour from my house even though the nearby SW store is 5 minutes away.At least there should have been a sign "Out to lunch" (even though it was not during lunch hours), call forwarding to somebody, an answering machine. Nope.The store itself seems like just a tiny waiting area.There is no parking. There is a place for trucks to unload supplies, however.One star it is.

Stopped by to look at their color selection. The young lady assigned to assist had an unfriendly attitude, it felt like she did not want to be there, after a very short interaction, I decided to move on and go to Somewhere else. A customer service class is needed in this location.

If a customer has a paint chip from say Behr you can take the hex of that color and find the match of the sherwin Williams color. It was easy for me to figure out because I was persistent in my own. I suggest if you all figure it out that it could be a good trick to not lose business possibly. I was shaking my head at the store. Should be an easy lookup right there. I did use the SW app once I had the hex to help. Yes your policy is you don't match colors as a guarantee. But really this works and I do know it's not a guarantee. It is just maybe a helpful trick you're missing. Instead of asking me to visually compare a hundred paint chips on the wall for 30 minutes.

Hope they could some kind of board outside where it is easy to locate this place. It is really hard to find or see this location especially this road is always busy.
