This is the third time am visiting this store , of course they taking so much time to attend customers . Had doubts about the connectivity charges and new line to apply . Before they attending me I read all my requirement details in T mobile official site itself. Small request from my side kindly attend customers in time we are taking break in work hours and visiting you there so value our time. But The store is very neat well maintained, so many collections on display which is very useful for the new customers to know about the products in touch and feel.

If I could give less stars, I would. Completely unprofessional and rude. I brought in my phone to complete a trade in. They scrutinize my phone for damage, and after 3 people review it, they clear it. The sales associate then tells me the IMEI number is incorrect and I have to call customer support. She then rudely tells me “well YOU put it in wrong.” I leave, once again disappointed in T-Mobile's terrible customer service. I turn on my phone, and the IMEI number matched. The trade in form asks for the ESIM. So not only did she wrongly ACCUSE me of entering in the wrong IMEI, she was super rude and condescending.

I went into this location to get an upgrade on one of my line. My son was sleeping so I was holding him. The rep had his phone proped up and was watching a soccer game on his phone. He asked me some questions, as I answered him, he asked me the same question again. He was too busy watch his phone then assisting me. My arm was getting tired from holding my son and I was getting aggravated....we decided to walk out of the store. I will no longer be going to this location for any of my business.

Alvaro took the time to explain all the options. He made sure I understood all the information in a simple language.He was also patient, kind and very clear about the all the technology uses.He is efficient, quick, and knowledgeable!

Best customer service experience I received in a while both times I went. I wish I could remember the two ladies names that helped me. Knowledgeable and offer services equipment that was best for our family but. There was a wait but understandably why since it's the most convenient one in Gaithersburg since the closing of Lakeforest Mall.

People are friendly and helpful at this store. People were coming in 2 mins before closing and the associates didn't cop any attitude or turn anyone away. They greeted them with a smile and helped them with what they needed.

First, shout out to Nicole M. for the great customer service and making everything super smooth and painless. Appreciate it! I've been a long time Sprint customer and this was the first time really dealing with T-mobile since the acquisition. The store was pretty busy to be honest, but they had plenty of associates to handle everyone. Walked right in and started getting assistance. Was looking to get a new phone, and a line added to my plan for my daughter, and Nicole was super chill and patient with all of my questions related to how adding a new line to my current plan would affect me (because y'all know, nothing really ever turns out as advertised with mobile joints). She was more than happy to go through various promotions that were currently happening, didn't push anything on me, and was able to run numbers for us so I could easily weigh my options. Felt like she was genuinely just trying to help me out versus trying to make a sale. Overall, the best experience I've had shopping for a new phone, maybe ever, and I've had cell phones since the late 90s...and now I feel old.

I came into the store around 7:40 pm today and I was told 8 people were ahead of me. Oscar was my customer service specialist and he said he would do his best to get to me. I explained that I drive to DC and need my phone to be functional.He did just THAT! I have never given anyone 5 stars but he was patient and attentive to my needs.He is by far the best team member at this location in my opinion.If you have an issues see Oscar and tell him I sent you.
