Kimmy is the BEST! Kimmy has been doing my nails for years, and they are perfect every time. She knows exactly how I like them, and the attention she gives in the process is exceptional. The same attention she gives to my nails, she does for my pedicure and eyebrows. I leave feeling pampered and appreciative of her friendship. Her salon is lovely, clean, and relaxing.

After trying a number of different nail salons in Kentlands and not being happy, a friend recommended Kimmy. Kimmy has been my go to person for manicures for over 5 years now! She has a great attention to detail and my nails always look beautiful! Kimmy and all the staff at ST Nails are competent, kind, pleasant, and friendly. The salon has been nicely upgraded, clean, and very comfortable. They care about their customers and it really shows!

Love coming to this nail bar specially coming to see Diane. Diane is the best! She always kills it with my nails — super detailed, neat, and exactly what I want every time. I always leave loving my nails and looking forward to my next appointment. She’s so sweet and easy to talk to, too.

Have you ever left a nail salon feeling almost in tears? Well, there's a first time for everything—and my visit to ST Nail gave me just that. I walked in full of excitement to remove my extensions and finally treat myself to a fresh coat of gel on my natural nails. What I got instead was the most painful, uncomfortable experience I've ever had in a nail salon.
I was assigned an older technician with tattooed eyebrows (take note if you ever decide to go, because she’s one to avoid). She immediately brought out an extension kit. I thought I had clearly communicated that I didn’t want any new extensions, but she seemed to ignore my request. She picked an extension nail and started digging under mine to remove it. The pain was instant. The technique she used was unlike anything I had ever seen, and it felt wrong from the start. I told her it hurt and explained that in other salons, the removal process was done with an electric buffer, something much gentler. She ignored me and continued, roughly twisting and rotating my hand while she used the extension to dig under my nails.
At one point, she dug under my natural nail and broke the nail on my pinky finger. I started bleeding. I calmly told her about the bleeding and said I’d skip the polish to avoid an infection. But instead of acknowledging the issue, she just glared at me.
This was by far the most uncomfortable nail salon experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly urge anyone considering a visit to think ten times before stepping foot in that place. When the woman at the counter asked why I was skipping the polish, I explained the bleeding and infection risk. Her response? “That’s why we ask people to remove their acrylics before they come.” Not “let me take a look” or “can I get you a bandaid”.
Let me be clear: in all my years of getting my nails done, I have never had to remove my own extensions. I've always trusted professionals to do that. But here, I was left with a broken, bleeding nail, being blamed for the situation while the technicians treated me with nothing but rudeness. I spoke to them politely throughout, but after enduring the pain and poor service, I was still charged $15 for the painful removal process. The woman who glared at me even made a gesture to ask me to leave without paying—yet I paid anyway.
A good technician is the bare minimum customers expect. No one should ever leave a nail salon with a broken, bleeding nail while being made to feel like they’re the problem.
Folks, I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. The woman might have been having a rough day, week, or month, but taking it out on a paying customer is never okay. Please, avoid ST Nails at all costs. There are plenty of other nail salons around Main Street that treat their customers with respect. ST Nails? They have empty seats for a reason.

I got my nails done by Annna for Thansgiving. She fixed one nail that was broken, dipped them and hand painted on designs. They're absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Anna especially if you would like design work. She was efficient but also gentle.

I’ve been going to Kimmy for over 2 years now and I’m always extremely happy with my results. First the salon is always clean and neat. Second all the nail techs take pride in your wants, needs, and concerns. I definitely recommend coming here for a pedicure, full set, gel x, etc

I have never wanted to ball out and cry sitting in a chair getting my feet done as I did sitting here at ST nails &Spa. I called first thing in the morning and the lady said I could come in , I wanted a Gel french tip done on my toes. I was told to sit down then a older lady came out and looked as though she was going to be doing my nails and she was, I sat down and she started setting up. She didn't even let me soak my feet or even got them wet before she started clipping and using the cuticle cutters, I thought that was a bit strange and then she was also Rushing. I don't like conflict whatsoever, so I didn't want to say anything, because I went their based on the Reviews because they were all Great! But my experience was horrible, I paid $55 and then tipped her $13 and my feet look like I did them myself. I feel horrible and there was a language barrier, she didn't ask me if I liked them or not .. I dont like conflict. As soon as I got in my car and examined them even more I just started crying. I have nice feet and I have pretty toes, there wasn't nothing on my end that would have made her design/ do my feet like she did. P.s... last time I got my feet done was last year during the summer time and I wanted to do something for myself as a " late Mother's Day Gift" to myself and I have never had this type of experience. Like I said I went their based on the great reviews but that was far from what I experienced! The woman that did my toes was named Holly from what it sounded that she said to me . I just wanted my toes to look nice and that was pretty expensive just for my feet to look bad.. she didn't even scrub the dry skin on the bottom on my feet, everything was in a rush basically. I wish I could just have a redo or something!!!!
