This place is terrible!! I have been there to make copies of some documents (large papers) and nobody help. I only went there to waste my time! The employees must have a training before to work there.

15min in Amazon dropoff line because they have only 1 guy working that along with two other stations by himself, while half a dozen other employees mess around at and around checkout. Shame on management. Couldn't even return my item. What a joke.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst customer service I ever experienced. The team lead instead of helping me, she told me to keep waiting until the employee at the printer section was done talking on the phone and I had already waited for 30 minutes.

Rude people
Asked for lamenting and told me to drop it off and can't do it in person.
and they have this face that they don't want to work.
Both is just chatting and not working.

I went to this staples at 4:30pm , crossing my fingers if I could still get a banner printed within the day, it was a very last minute decision. Thankfully I got mine an hour after! Big shoutout to Angelo for delivering it quick and doing such a good job! Thank you so much!

Jamal went over and beyond for me. I told him I needed the business cards done asap because I have a last minute business conference I have to attend too. It is greatly appreciated that Staples accepts electronics recycling and gives points for things that are returned. Recycling points help reducing the costs of printer ink. Glad I found this now rather than after I had already gotten rid of my electronics.
