Ordered board shorts at the store everything went great until 9 business days later when I dropped bye store to pick up my shorts and then the nightmare started with computer saying my shorts where at the store and yet the store manager said.they are not hear or lost in store and walked out with no board shorts very angry at the store for loosing my board shorts it's clear someone dropped the ball at store level store manager still has not reached out to me about finding my shorts after leaving store

This is my Ski Shop!!Love the staff here! Everyone is super cool and patient. Manager was really cool and helpful and shout out to my MVP Michael Schnall, who fitted me for some Salomon boots that feel like heaven. If you’re in the DMV, this should be your shop!

This was a great experience. Zach helped me find the snowboard that suited my experience level and gave me several pro tips. Also, let me know the special deals they had going on at the time and saved me a bunch of money. I got a great value for my money and amazing customer service. I will come back again just for the customer service and knowledge I get from experienced people.

Very nice and well-furnished ski shop, with friendly and knowledgeable customer service. They have a season rental (but it ends fairly soon) and a kids purchase program where you buy equipment and get 50% of its price when you buy the following year as kids grow up. Tony provided excellent service when we bought ski boots for the children, showing knowledge, patience, and sense of humor. We also felt that they follow your preferences and do not push to go a more expensive route if you don’t want to.

Liam provided Top-notch customer service to me and my son today. He was very knowledgeable and detailed on assisting me with purchasing ski gear. Liam answered all of our questions. Helped with making sure my boots were comfortable. Tested on the slopes all day with zero discomfort. Epitome of how taking care of customers should be at any business! Highly recommend!

I am a former PSIA-AASI snowboard instructor and have been visiting the Gaithersburg location to rent ski equipment for myself and my young daughter who is learning to ski this season (2023-2024). I have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The service has been excellent, the prices and policies have been very reasonable and the rental equipment has been in excellent condition. Thanks to Zack and the rest of the crew for a great experience!

Pretty straightforward place. This ski shop is one of the few in MD. It's located at the end of a strip mall and pretty unassuming. I got fitted and bought my ski boots here. I also had them attach my bindings to my new skis. It took a little less than a week before I could pick them up. I also brought in my husband's skis to get waxed. Prices are reasonable. The guys helping me were friendly and gave some useful advice on what equipment to get given the type of terrain I'd be on.

Great service! Honest business!! I purchased an Obermeyer ski jacket at full price and less than 30 days later it was on sale 25% off. I brought it back in and they refunded me the difference. Love the selection and customer service here!!

Recently bought new skis online and headed into the store to get new boots and bindings. Great selection but what stood out the most was customer service. Tony went above and beyond educating me about the various options and guided me through the selections while keeping aware of the budget I provided him. Greatly appreciated his knowledge of the products and patience! Thanks again Tony!
