Worst banking experience of my life. I opened an account to save money for my kids and deposited a Truist check from my mom. They flagged my account for fraud and closed it without telling me why. They took the money out of my mom’s Truist account but it’s not in my account. Seriously, do not bank with this institution!!!

This Branch has always been accommodating to my needs. From the Branch Manager, the Teller's, and everyone in between, the Team here is a pleasant one to work with. Furthermore, they keep this place consistently clean.

WOST BANK EVER!!!! RUN AWAY. they have given me so many issues i took all out my accounts out now. Slow staff they aren’t helpful at all.

Highly recommend to someone looking for a good bank relationship. Fabulous staff, if you are a weekly or monthly costumer they know you by name. They call periodically to let you know of new products and how you can better invest your money. I used to use the drive through but don't like the cameras but going inside is so much better. The entire staff is there to help (unlike another banking institution I also use, where they only want you to use their bank card and have no human contact.)

They have a drive thru ATM, but it doesn't work half the time. I get receipts that say "unable to process". I sent them all to SunTrust, but they didn't do squat. I've never been inside the branch.

Each time i go to the drive through atm there is allways a person filming me with his cell phone from a window for some reason. Bad service also asking so many questions inside. Makes me feel really uncomfortable.

This bank is incredible. Very efficient and kind. I noticed on this visit that most of the bank tellers speak Spanish as well as English. I often go out of my way to visit this particular bank.
