Not at all accessible. Inconvenient. Not user friendly. Been with suntrust for a long time. Think it is time to switch banks though.

Opened up an account at this bank just to go home and download the mobile app to find out it is complete junk. It's much easier signing in on my laptop. The mobile app makes me verify my sign in through a passcode they send through email. Doesn't matter if you are using a password or fingerprint, it still says it needs to email you a passcode. I guess Suntrust doesn't care that when using a mobile app, you are usually out and about and don't have time to wait on an email that takes way too long to show up.

In and out in no time and wasn't 'harassed' into opening an account when I told them I was just cashing a check and didn't have an account there. Plenty of parking too.

The employees here are super friendly and honest and I love coming in here. I love that they remember most of their clients names as soon as you walk in the door. Sheryn & Madonna are always smiling and offering to help, even though they are crazy busy all the time. They always take care of any issues I have, big or small. Would def recommend banking here.
