Surveillance Secure helped my church gain control over our very large facility. We wanted to utilize our space outside of Sunday mornings but we needed to ensure the property and guests were safe while not overburdening our staff members by requiring they work nights and Saturdays. Surveillance Secure listened to our concerns and then helped us develop a great plan at an affordable price. They installed cameras at strategic locations, helped set up an access control system to better secure our administrative offices, and set up a plan to add additional equipment as we could. They also established a way we could monitor all of our cameras from anywhere at any time! This has been a huge relief and I am thankful to have worked with them. We will continue to use Surveillance Secure for all our needs and recommend them to any other businesses too.

Something must have changed recently from these past reviews, my experience with Surveillance Secure was very poor. They sent people multiple times to improve my working system with better cameras etc, and in the end, I still have cameras that don't work, I can't monitor my system from a PC, and they don't return messages. Very disappointing experience overall, so I'm looking now for a different company to work with.

I've been working with Surveillance Secure for almost two years and they're great! The owner Kim is very responsive and always takes care of any issues as quickly as possible! Gaby and the rest of the admin staff are also extremely helpful as well! Highly recommend them for camera service!

Absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. We spent a lot of money on the security cameras. We called to get them fixed (and its not the first time they broke) and they refuse to come out. They no longer work on residential cameras. Why didn't they tell us when they installed them that they weren't going to be there when there was a problem?????? UPDATE: Thanks for the reply. I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR OFFICE DIRECTLY MANY TIMES AND YOUR COMPANY REFUSED TO SERVICE OUR SYSTEM. IF YOU DON'T SERVICE YOUR EQUIPMENT/INSTALLATIONS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS.

Surveillance Secure installed access panel to our coworking space. They also installed security cameras. Surveillance Secure did all of this work while our Business Center was occupied. During the entire project they kept everything clean, and orderly and were extremely professional. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship and their professionalism and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to install a security system, access panels, or cameras in their business.

I manage an apartment community in Montgomery County. One of our problems was the unauthorized use of the dumpsters in our community. It was being used both by non-community members as well as our resident for improper dumping. In one year alone the additional cost of removing such items exceeded our budget by more than $6,000. I could not accept that this was a “cost of doing business” and looked for a solution. I called about 10 security services providers, many did not even return my call. Surveillance Secure returned my call promptly and made an appointment to visit the site. Tony listened to what I told him and we walked the site together. We have a number of buildings that are separated from each other and from the areas we most wanted to see, namely the dumpsters, the entrance to the leasing office, the driveway and the parking lots. Tony recommended a wireless system that would place cameras where they could get a good view of what we wanted, provide easy transmission from the remote buildings to the main building where our recorder would be, and do so with far less labor and cost than trenching and running cable. Their technicians were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. System was installed quickly, IT programming was done and training was given to me and my staff. It was up and running in two days.

We needed a surveillance camera system for our restaurant. Surveillance Secure designed and installed a system that enables us now to monitor our operations, gives us the storage and recording we need and I really enjoy the mobile video access as well. Their team did great work and we're very happy with their service.

This is by far the best company I've ever worked with. They are a very professional company, that cares about the customers. There has never been a time, that you call on them , and they do not answer.
