Braulio in the curbside pick up section has phenomenal customer service. He went above and beyond to help me out even when the store was extremely busy. Good customer service isn’t always easy to come by. His manager should give him a raise for all his hard work.

Shopping in person is the usual great target experience. But ordering curbside has been constant disappointment. Our order yesterday didn’t just have expired broth… but it was best by May 2023. And given to us in January of 2025. 🤢

Not sure if you guys own or rent your space but the parking lot lights in the back are out. This is a huge safety hazard especially during the holidays. There are at least 3-4 fixtures within a small area near the dumpster that are out.

Ordered online for pick-up a specific baby formula that Gaithersburg Target listed a having 3 in stock. Got there and picked it up. Got to my son’s and daughter-in-law’s and when they opened it, Gaithersburg had substituted for a different formula. When I called, they said they were actually out of stock, so had simply substituted. The formula couldn’t be used because my daughter-in-law had been told by the doctor to stick with the formula with which they had started. Why would they take the liberty of substituting baby formula, of all things? They could have simply notified me that they were actually out of stock when they emailed that my order was ready for pick up. Not purchasing from Gaithersburg ever again.

it's insane how tidy and organized this target is. every other target i've been to does not compare. i love that there are two floors here!

This place is excellent, clean and pleasant. Staff members are very nice, helpful, and always looking for solutions. This is much appreciated. A relatively small issue: at times, the lines at the cashiers’ are long and a bit slow. Could this be improved?
