The fact that TD bank calls itself the most convenient bank is already ridiculous. Maybe least convenient. I got a new debit card. Go to the atm and it at my card then a sign comes up saying the atm is down right now. When I came inside and said somethibg the manager was rude. It’s a very bad look when the atms at your bank don’t work. Plus the another lady working there said “we’ve been having issues with everyone’s debit cards for days” every time I stop in somethibg is going wrong or there is some type of issue.I will definitely be switching banks.

This bank should be closed for poor customer service and dishonesty. Please avoid this bank and take your money somewhere safe. This bank is Highway robbery. Just awful in all areas.

I got the strong feeling the manager here was being discriminatory. He kept asking me I am I good x2 LOUDLY ACROSS THE HALL by the td bank machine. I felt very uncomfortable. I was clearly being provoked. I really hope this wasn’t the case even though from experience I know this is def the case. If so this manager should be removed ASAP. All I did was look behind me to check if I dropped or left anything and he was SUPER curious about me. A little to curious if you ask me. He seems a like a grudge full person. I don’t know why. He didn’t act professional. You never yell across. You should wave and do a thumbs up to check. But his intention were clear which is to be racist. I am disappointed because he seemed better than that.

TD Bank is America’s most ripped off bank, charging $10 for cashing checks for non account holders, asking 2 forms of ID, Is this legit?, guess so…They make the rules aren’t they?

Do not open a business account in this bank..I opened a business account at this location 3 weeks ago. Every check I have deposited has been placed on hold. I have been given Sandra personal number to call every week in order to have my funds released.I have over $2,000 in my business account to keep from receiving a service fee.And over $4,000 in my personalAnd even with that accumulative balance they still hold my checks valued at $800Can someone please explain this to me ?Is this how TD is doing business ?Beware go bank somewhere else. I will be closing my account with themI was looking at other reviews with similar issues. My advice to everyone who TD bank has frozen your accounts go to your local court office and file a breach of contract with the company.

I was discriminated multiple times at TD bank when I was younger and a while ago recently , one told me I couldn't open an account after I got it out of the negative then went to another TF bank the very next day and reopened another account , another told me I couldn't cash my check because they thought it was fake I left and went to another TD bank and cashed it the same day . So they hire a lot of white supremacist it seems and a lot of them are immigrants who are practicing white supremacy. So if you are a FBA don't f*** with this bank . Go to one United African owned bank or Navy Federal at least

To ho to this branch i asked for withdrawal 7 thousand they said we can only do 5 thousand what is this they do what they want i hear this thing here only unprofessional staff, they dnt trained them what is customer service his name was Justin need to learn something about his job, and management is also out of mind ad well , branch manager anthony he should resign or learn about banking

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Sullen employees, only one drive-in lane working and 30-35 minutes wait times in the drive-in lanes. There also appears to be no current manager at this branch to observe and rectify the drive-in backups that are commonplace now (Aug. 2020). No problems at the Germantown branch though. Avoid this Gaithersburg branch if your time has any value at all.

This location is probably the worst I’ve come to. It is convenient for me since it’s near my place of work. However, recently, each time I’ve come through the drive through, there is either no one there, or they don’t return for over 10 min and say nothing to me. It is not convenient at all and I’ve had to go inside and have them get my things or retrieve my money in order to get any attention. I understand they’re busy, especially at the end of the day, but if you’re busy then don’t make the drive through available- make them red! Manage your workload better. It should be expected that it will get busy at the end of the day since everyone is getting off of work. Don’t just have one person at the front and everyone else on the side at their desks. It just is not a friendly or convenient place to come to anymore.
