My husband and I went to a seminar first which Frank and his colleague gave. From what Frank talked about during the seminar and a long chat after the seminar, we evaluated Frank's experience and expertise which he cultivated over decades. Such made us move forward with our project, replacing flooring at the foyer and connected family room, which was on our radar for a long time. Honestly, we could not find a company or a person whom we could fully trust for a long time. Frank came to our house at least four times for consultation, with samples, to talk about details, w/o any charge. He also gave us additional information, such as how we need to take care of our newly installed flooring, etc. Frank was very responsive all the time. The installation process was smooth; the installers were professional and friendly; the leader, Walter, was guiding us with how the installation works, etc. We are very happy to see the outcome! We highly recommend!

Tile Center did a nice job of converting a utility area of our home into an attractive area where I can change after working in the garden. The work included adding a spare shower and sink where I could clean up. They also put in a heated floor since the floor gets cold in the winter. Joe Rasul was our point of contact at Tile center.

I had my kitchen renovated by the Tile Center in 2014. I called them back to pull some carpet and match the hardwood floors earlier this year, in 2025. The kitchen still looks amazing! The trashcan drawer was coming loose, and I asked if they could take a look. OF COURSE they could!. They sent a nice man out to take care of it, and it's back functioning like new after 11 years!. They stand by their work, which is EXCELLENT, and I still love my kitchen and hardwood floors. Thank you!!!

We wanted to update a halfbath by removing warped laminate wood flooring that was installed by the previous owners. We chose Tile Center because they had the resources for a smaller project. We had reached out to a number of other businesses, but we were turned down because they did not have the bandwidth to take on smaller projects.
The project manager, Joe, was very helpful in the entire process from choosing the tiles and presenting the details of the project. We live in a condominium complex, so the updates needed to be approved by the board and engineers. Joe was able to provide all the documents needed so that the project could be approved quickly.
The installation was performed by Dennis, and he quickly and efficiently installed the tiles and replaced the toilet in two days as projected by Joe. There was an issue in the valve connecting a pedestal bath, and he and Joe were able to come up with an alternative plan quickly. We are happy with the outcome.
I think if there was one area of improvement, it would be setting realistic expectations for when the project would be completed.
Overall, we are very pleased with the work done through Tile Center.

Amazing people who did a phenomenal job pre-sales and installation. Everything was beyond compare. They treated us like family and our home as if were their own. The quality and craftsmanship was phenomenal!

We had a fantastic experience with Tile Center. We needed to redo our floors not for fun but for flood repair, so we weren't exactly going into all this in great spirits! From the start, Tile Center made this piece of our process easy and pleasant, and we love the outcome.
As project manager, Joe was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. He came to our house very quickly after our initial outreach, returned later with grout samples, and walked us through options at the showroom. He always responded quickly to emails and texts. He helped us navigate tile shortages and advised us when we needed to order from a third party.
Thomas, the installer, was also fantastic. His work is beautiful, and on top of that, he was just incredibly lovely to be around. He not only tolerated, but was awesomely kind to, our very loud and unhelpful dog! He also went above and beyond dealing with various issues that arose. James, who came on one of the days, was also great.
On top of everything else, we really appreciated how both Joe and Thomas worked things out so that we could live in the house throughout the installation. That was really helpful as far as both hassle and the potential extra cost of lodging.
We got porcelain wood-look tiles, and we really like the outcome (see picture). 100% recommend.

My first meeting with Fran for assessment of a repair in my shower was friendly and patient in answering all my questions and provided me with an estimate that was within my budget. I was impressed with the details of the project assuring me of what was agreed to. Danny , was super in repairing the damage to my liking.He worked quietly and diligently and was finished in record time. Frank and Danny did an outstanding job. Would recommend both to friends.

I attended a kitchen seminar at Tile Center back in March 2025. It was very informative and gave a great overview of what remodeling a kitchen would involve. I have a small kitchen and was replacing cabinets, counter, backsplash, and all appliances. My main objective was to get a pantry. I decided to book an estimate for my home and Nadir came out the next week. I told him it takes me a very long time to make decisions because I do a lot of research, etc. He said that would be no problem. I also called in another company and decided to go with the Tile Center because I believed they were very experienced. I worked with Nadir and Tara on the design team. The work was started in August and it took 3 weeks. The two workers who did the job were very conscientious, precise, and neat. Nadir came by practically each day to watch the progress. The backsplash and counter were also installed with no problems. After everything was done, I must admit I saw no issues that had to be addressed. All the precise measurements made the installation go very smoothly. I highly recommend the Tile Center, and Nadir and Tara.

Frank/Farzin was great and walked us through the entire process. He was very helpful in providing us with different options, price ranges, and selections, and he was very responsive in his communications. We ultimately did not go with Tile Center, but we appreciated the time and effort that the team spent into providing us with the information for our project. I would highly recommend speaking with them for your renovation plans!

In summary great customer service and great people. I bought my kitchen cabinets from Tile Center. And I mainly worked with three from their team.
Dorsa was great designer. She really put her best into redesigning the kitchen, helping me pick the right counter tops, chose the right door design, and restructure the kitchen . She is an artist in the way she picks the colors and finds idea to make things work together. She also helped guide me against picking flooring that would clash with the cabinets design and color. She thinks outside of the box and considered the exterior and surrounding interior to guide the decision on how to design the kitchen. My house wouldn't be as beautiful without her input.
Mr.Zia was the brains and experience behind the operation. When it comes to dimensions, practicality, and budget Mr. zia was the hero.
Mr. Frank is a great manager and watches out for his team.
Overall they are great team and I am really thankful for them.

Miguel and his team did a fantastic job installing hardwood floors throughout the second floor of our home. It was a daunting task but we are elated with the result! We are so happy to have selected the right company for the job. A big shoutout also goes to Joe Rasul for being so courteous from the get go in explaining and guiding us through the entire process. I highly recommend Tile Center - Kitchen Bath Flooring, and will definitely use them again in the future if and when the need arises.

We are absolutely thrilled with the incredible job that Dorsa, Frank, and their amazing team did renovating our kitchen! From the very beginning, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Since we were mostly at work during the renovation, it was such a relief to know that everything was in capable hands.
They took care of everything — from planning and sourcing materials to execution — with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they always made sure we were updated without overwhelming us.

We recently renovated our entire kitchen with Tile Center (TC) including new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash while preserving our 15 years old tile floor. We are pleased with the new inputs from the manager Zia and project designer Marivic on how to design the kitchen in a more useful and functional manner. By rendering the design into their 3D software program we could visualize ahead of time. We also open up our kitchen with more sunlight coming in. TC advised us to appraise with a qualified engineer and together with the approval from Montgomery County Permitting Services Dept.
We have been returning customers with TC for decades. They supplied our 2001 bathroom project materials including high quality bathroom tiles and vanity cabinets. About 15 years ago, they helped renovate our kitchen and foyer flooring to tile, the craftsmanship was incredibly detailed and durable. We were thrilled that we could maintain the beautiful floor for our current renovation. On top of all these, they also did our basement flooring 10 years ago, which had held up well and enabled us to enjoy our basement with lots of convenience.
All in all, we are delighted to have built such a long term relationship with TC, we are happy with their professional expertise, empathy & conscientious services, and skillful craftsmanship of the installation team (Special thanks to Arlen, Bruno and James!) I hope you have the same experience as we do with TC.

We were very pleased with the work that Joe and his crew from the Tile Center did in remodeling one of our bathrooms and a powder room. All of the workers were courteous and hard-working and did excellent work. Joe was on top of the job, checking in with its frequently and stopping by to monitor progress. The work was completed within the time estimated and we are very pleased with the results. We recommend Tile Center and would certainly use them for future work in our house.

Overall, our experience with The Tile Center was very good. We were familiar with The Tile Center's reputation for quality work and they have a large selection of quality products.
On our first visit to the showroom we were greeted by Marivic Deleon who walked us through all of our options for the materials we would need for our projects. Joe Rasul also joined Marivic in helping us.
Marivic and Joe visited our home with samples and we walked through each of the projects we were considering. We had The Tile Center remodel two bathrooms and install LVP flooring in the basement and on the entire first floor of our home. We were provided with estimates/proposals for the four projects we wanted completed.
Marivic and Joe oversaw each project and were on site almost daily. They were both very helpful explaining the process as the jobs progressed and their attention to detail was very much appreciated. All team members who worked on our home were professional and dedicated to providing quality work.
Tamas started both bathroom projects by demolishing the old bathrooms down to the studs. He also began the tile installation in the second bathroom. James installed the tile in both bathrooms. Both Tamas and James did a great job! Alex and Ian also helped in the second bathroom. Arlen handled all of the plumbing in both bathrooms.
Miguel and Oscar installed the LVP flooring in the basement and on the first floor. The demolition work on the first floor was extensive since a lot of tile and hardwood flooring was removed. It was an extremely dirty and messy project but they were up to the task and the finished product looks amazing.
Sam handled all of the painting, drywall repair and other touch-up work. Sam's work was impeccable!
We do think in the future it would be helpful if the Tile Center offered the option to have the shoe molding they install painted after installation. A cleaning option after an extensive demolition and installation would also be helpful. They did keep the site clean with daily sweeping but once the job was complete a deep cleaning was needed.
Having four projects done did cause some scheduling issues for us. Not until things were started did we realize that The Tile Center would only do one project at a time. From our perspective this caused the process to be drawn out longer than it needed to be. The only answer we ever received was that they only do one project at a time.
In the end we are happy with the work performed by the Tile Center teams. The guidance and attention we received from Marivic and Joe was very helpful and appreciated.. We would recommend The Tile Center to anyone who asks.
