Was reluctant because my wheels are colored and not just regular stock wheels but they took care of it and was able to fix the dent and match the paint perfectly. Their front desk man has great customer service as well and answered all my questions. Took a day to finish but they also painted it. Overall, really satisfied. I’d happily bring my wheels here even aftermarket ones cause they know what they are doing??”

“I recently took my car to Winkler Automotive and, man, am I impressed! Booked an appointment on their website and got in the very next day. I left my car at 7:30 in the morning, and by 3:30, they were all done. They did a ton of work...new brake pads and rotors, brake fluid flush and replace, coolant refresh, and even managed to get out a super stripped oil drain pan nut before doing an oil change. They did all this and finished everything $200 under the quote they initially gave me! The quality of the work is top-notch, and the value unbeatable. “This place and these gentlemen are great! They helped me when I was in need of a tire. I was so worried I would pay an arm and a leg for a new tire, but a friend suggested I go here. I can see why! “Like most car drivers, I became stressed when I learned I needed brakes and tires. We all know what that cost looks like, but then you wonder, “Who can I trust?” After researching options online, I narrowed it down to three (the third being my nephew, who is skilled, cheap, and willing but impossible to hold down long enough to complete the work). I ventured to Mr. Tire first and was greeted so genuinely by Stew. Stew (the front desk gentleman) went on to walk me back and forth to my car to ensure he understood what I wanted to do and that I understood what needed to be done. As I waited for my diagnostic, you could hear the mechanics laughing, so hinging and joking with each other (speaks volumes about management). My time at Mr. Tire ended with a satisfied customer - me and this review telling anyone in Gaithersburg to choose this Mr. Tire as your car solution “period!””

I went to the front desk and he told me to go to the bay area and ask someone (no I did not actually go inside the service center because that is a huge liability plus I can read the "Do not enter" sign mentioning such liability)....fortunately I caught Johnnie coming out of a car he had just parked in the bay to be serviced and asked him if he could help me. He was more than happy to do it and told me there was a lady in front of me. The high rating is really because of him! Friendly, efficient, and orderly.”
