Zero stars!!! They claim they are in Waldorf but really they actually come from Columbia and tried to charge me $117 for fuel. When I confront the manager he became irate and canceled my move while the movers were at my house. He is extremely emotional and angry. He made zero attempts to resolve the issue. This company is a horrible SCAM and we will see them in claims court if they attempt to charge us a penny. I’m blown away by how horrible these people are.

You never know what quality of movers you will get. The most recent ones spent most their time standing around and vaping. It took them longer to load my storage into the truck unit than the original crew took to loop my two story apartment into the truck to be moved to the storage unit. They also billed an hour and a half on either side! in the past they were only 15min away.

AIRPARK SERVICE IS CLOSED -- THIS ONE IS CLOSED. They charge "PORT TO PORT" which means your time starts when they leave the shop and travel to your house. They now come from Baltimore 40-60 minutes away. DO NOT USE. I used only for moving and there was only 3 items and it took 15 minutes for the move. They took 90 minutes for paperwork and left a damaged wall. (They are working to fix this wall with an external contractor).

Would not use them, ever. The manager said there is no perfect move, and he was right. They destroyed my $300 Brother Printer, my newborns $200 Crib, my daughters queen size bed's footboard and a few other things. They gave me $160 reimbursement. The funny thing I spoke to Cora Cofield from their company extensively before hiring them for the move and asked her repeatedly to tell me if I needed to know anything else. I was not paying for the move my new employer was. She did not mention anything about getting insurance until the guys showed up to my house with the truck. They did not explain the insurance coverages properly, "limited vs full coverage". Just made me sign without explaining and started the move. They brought in another guy for help who just did not want to be there and wanted to leave to smoke his weed. Had they explained properly about the insurances I would have taken Full coverage. It was not like I was paying out of my own pocket. Zero Stars for this company. Also discourage people from using this company out of Gaithersburg location.

They are going to "repair the wall" so we will see. Terrible.

Traumatized Experience***BEWARE*** I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my belongings and one of the movers that the company sent (Omar) was extremely aggressive with my belongings and instead of smart assessment & maneuvering he ended up forcing my sofa through the same doorway it came IN THROUGH, damaging the sofa, a wall and a painting which can not be repaired or replaced. He also misplaced a piece to a lamp that’s no longer of use. This mover did not handle my belongings with concern or care. I was shocked, hurt and angered because these are my precious things. Instead of Omar apologizing he got on the moving truck played music and sang loudly… he was aggressive. When I tried to talk to Omar about what he did his reply was the company doesn’t pay him enough to care about peoples things. I immediately called and spoke with Joel the Operations Manager for Two Men about Omar’s aggression and the damage to my painting! Joel knew of Omar’s aggression and told me not to worry about the damages he would compensate me for them. Instead of compensation for the damages Joel the Op manger insist on sending someone to fix the damages which I don’t have time neither do I want to deal with anyone else and I shouldn’t have to. Two Men sent an aggressive problematic employee to my house he caused me anxiety broke up and purposely misplaced my thing which the company isn’t willing to compensate me for! I had to pay Two Men 1700 even with the damages and anxiety caused by Omar plus I will be charged for the wall damage caused by Omar. Two Men also charged me more than originally quoted price. *** DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY Their movers will not handle your belongings with care***

Terrible, just terrible, unprofessional employees, they dont care about nobodys safety just wanting to get the job done fast without taking any precaution or moving the furniture slowly and steady, even if it means one of the movers getting injured this moving company does not care all they care about it profit they just want to finish the job immediately not caring about lifting furniture carefully, know many people who injured their back working for this company, the operations manager joel seems to not care about who he hires they could be a bunch of ghetto bums like the ones that are currently employed by him who dont care if a mover hurts his back and wants to careful do the job even if it means moving the furniture slowly, the employees are very rude, drug addicts, dont know how to talk or treat people, apparently "as long as they get the job done" even if it means they treat new employees terrible and have them exploited doing more work without a raise a pay! 14.50 an hour??? For the type of work this company has you do???? This company is worse than a joke, their employees really DO NOT CARE if they overwork theyre newly hired employees, i hate this company so much i hope you guys go out of business unless you for once can hire actual professional people and not a bunch of ghetto street bums who care nothing for they co workers or customers, what a bunch of losers who work here

Moving truck was too small for the job, even after explaining the items to be picked up for 15 minutes over the phone. They came to pack the day before and never thought “this is too much for the truck we’ll be using tomorrow.” Once the truck was filled we were basically told it wasn’t their problem about moving the rest of our stuff. No plan B whatsoever - not even a “for an extra $1,000 we’ll do the job we promised to do for less money.” Had to load three personal vehicles to the brim to drive 2.5 hours away, and there are still items left at the house.Voiced concerns to some guy named Joel and all he did was make endless excuses and again tell me it wasn’t his responsibility to move all of the items. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. He couldn’t have cared less and just wanted to argue, so I thought it best to write a review to warn others. I see other reviews about this same carelessness so I guess it’s standard at this place. The movers themselves were hardworking but the business is run horribly. Don’t consider using them unless you have a tiny house and a spare moving truck at your house. Ours was only 2200 square feet and the company still couldn’t accommodate.

Two months ago I had, hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. For some reason G refused to make my review public. In order to make sure this one is posted, I will give a short version. I was consistently lied to and misled by the movers and their supervisor Joel. I was overcharged for items that were not used, and my signature was placed on a document I did not sign. I had several damaged items and instead of paying for them I was sent a contractor who half-fixed them and made false promises to return to finish. Most recently, a bed I intended to sell now has to be scrapped because the screws are nowhere to be found and the tools they borrowed to disassemble are gone as well. I do not want to repost photos and risk my review not being shown again.
