Top notch experience. Definitely service incentivizes me to use UPS, especially this location and major kudos to Dzaky for being amazing. UPS isn’t the cheapest shipping around, but they may have some of the best e2e service.

Very clean store, pleasant atmosphere and polite employees! Viktoria helped us return our stuff very quickly, there were no problems. The manager was also very kind to us:) Best post office around👍

I’ve been to the other UPS stores in the area and this one has been the one with the best customer service and friendly employees. I was dealing with an issue with one of my packages that was processed at a different location and decided to come to this one. Tony was very helpful and kind.

Paid to have personal tax documents scanned to my USB. Somehow they forgot how to use a USB drive and didn't scan any documents successfully. Had to go back and get everything scanned again and they scanned it multiple files with duplicate copies of everything two to three times. If you like to waste your time with incompetence then this is the store for you. If not avoid this place like the plague.
