Very bad experience. I sent some documents that were returned for an error in address. But they returned my documents completed destroyed. Why in this store they do not use a bag for the package?

One particular staff member is rude, aloof, and doesn’t seem particularly interested in being of assistance, opting instead for snarky remarks.

Had a shipment set to pick up here but was marked as not being able to be delivered. I called the store and the person told me that they declined to receive it because it was alcohol and that they can’t receive it. I asked for more info and they said that NO access point/ups store can receive alcohol packages. I called UPS customer support and they said on their side the package was marked as undeliverable because the UPS store was full on packages and actually NO access point or UPS store has that policy. So they just had it sent to another UPS store for me so I can pick it up after work as it’ll require a signature.
What a weird thing to lie about.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this location. I stopped by to drop off an Amazon return, as UPS was listed as a free return location on the Amazon website. However, the staff were cold and unhelpful, and they tried to charge me just to tape up the box.
It seems like they don't care about customer feedback, but I'm writing this review to warn others. We should reconsider doing business with them to encourage improvement in their customer service. Otherwise, their customer care will continue to decline.

I and my wife in our 70,s visited this store today at 1pm. The male agent was so rude and condescending and won’t answer our questions. I have never come across so rude a guy in the US. When asked to contact his supervisor or tell his name he asked to come on January01, 2025, really. I am surprised how this guy with this attitude and personality is working in a public dealing job. Never visiting this store.

Hours do not reflect correctly online. A printed piece of paper doesn't tell 5+ people within a few minutes of one another coming up to the door with boxes that they're closed. Everyone deserves holiday hours and holiday pay! But communicating that is important to those of us who check hours online before planning to come by.
