Edgar called to provide an estimated time for his arrival. Throughout our conversation, he demonstrated honesty and integrity. After assessing the stain on the basement carpet, he transparently communicated that it was incurable and chose not to charge for its removal. Instead, he recommended a cleaning option more suitable for my family's living situation.

The technician did a wonderful job on the carpet and upholstery. I have pets, so as with, all pets they have accidents. He did a great job getting the odor out of the carpet and all of the stubborn stains that I have worked on for months came up.
