Best costumer service at this post of office. Joe, this friendly guy, what a nice human! The other staffs could learn how to treat people with him instead of being rude and no sympathy at all with costumers.

I’m there twice a month to pick up mail that’s being held. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Great service.

I purchased medicine on 1/25/25, and according to the US Post Office tracking, it was delivered to my house and placed in my mailbox on 2/04/25. However, when I checked my mailbox, there was no medicine inside, and it is impossible to fit seven large boxes into a mailbox at once.
I reviewed my security camera footage from that day and saw that no mail carrier visited my house, as I did not receive any mail on that day.Since then, I have visited the Post Office five times. Each time, they took my contact information and assured me that they would call me with an update, but I have yet to receive any follow-up.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited three times, and each time I had to deal with the rude attitude of some lady at the front desk. The customer service is consistently terrible. Next time I need to send something, I’ll gladly go somewhere else, even if it’s farther away.

The Asian lady is extremely rude and has a disgusting attitude. She should not be working with people if she doesn’t like her job or know how to interact with people. HR needs to give her a seminar or professionalism training..

They wont pick up the phone. The government sent me a very important letter certified. I was home ALL day waiting for it, and they put a "We're sorry we missed you" sticker. THEY COULD HAVE KNOCKED or at least TRY. M e d i o c r e service. This will only be delivered during hours PEOPLE USUALLY WORK, so I cannot be home all week and sitting outside waiting for this efficient mail man/lady. what circus this service is.

Everyone has a bad day, but this post office is awesome. I’ve come here almost weekly over the past 10 months. I’ve found the staff and management to be mannerly, efficient, and quick. I don’t get the bad reviews. AT ALL. This one and the one in Clarksburg are the best post offices I’ve ever patronized.

The worst post office, the delivery guy stole my priority mail that had important information from the government, the manager did nothing about it, he doesn’t care, I went 10 times to the office and the kept saying the same thing “the system shows it’s delivered”, delivered where?? In another state maybe.Now, i’ll have to pay from my pocket 540$ to apply for a replacement.The worst manager, doesn’t help, doesn’tanswer the phone, can’t ask his private delivery guy to give me explanation.

Mailman doesn’t deliver my priority express mail while I’m at home and put a notice stating that we are not available at home in my mail box. Happened 3 times now. I had to go to post office to pick the mail up. And when I asked the mailman he said he has a memory loss. This is insane.

I have ordered a package. In the tracking it shows it send through ups and from UPS, Gaithersburg, it has transferred to the USPS Gaithersburg on 29th September 2023. And it says the package was delivered by USPS on 30th September at 3.26pm. I didn’t get the package. I waited until 3rd October to see if they made a mistake and will deliver. I called the Post office more than 15 times today to the Gaithersburg Post office. But no one answer the phone. I don’t know what happened to the package.
