Post Offices
Hours: The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. This particular USPS location at 23 Firstfield Rd offers walk-in passport services and is generally praised for its polite and prompt front employees. Customers note the Gaithersburg and Kentlands USPS locations as great, while the Kensington location is described as having poor customer service. While some customers can be grumpy, the hardworking USPS employees are appreciated for their professionalism and compassion, especially an employee named Katie who is recognized for her exemplary service. Overall, the USPS strives to deliver quality service to more than 157 million addresses in the United States and its territories.
