Wouldn’t accept my return despite a label being attached to the package with tape. Was told it didn’t have enough tape and that I needed to cover the entire package in tape. I was told I needed to drive all the way home, cover it in tape, and come back. Honestly bizarre.

I had to mail a phone back to Google. I got to this location at 9:05 and there was one person in front of me. At 9:25 I was still waiting in line with no acknowledgement or anything. The one lady working at the counter and the customer in front me were looking at pictures on the postal workers cellphone and having a personal conversation. Drove to the First Field Road location and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!

This post office is a mess. Not only does it look run down, but the self serve package drop box is never functioning (I've wasted so much time going there only to not be able to ship my package. I can very rarely make it there during business hours). They also take FOREVER to ship out yoir packages.

Do not use this location if you wish to have any packages shipped on time. It took them a whole 24 hours to send out packages that were prepaid, pre- labeled. I did everything correctly but they were too lazy to do their end of the job.
