Very good service Alba is very friendly everything is very good as long as you don't have an accident until they lower your insurance but if you have an accident it increases too much I recommend them because Alba Sorto provides very good service.

Mgr doesn’t have any idea about customer service only one person in alll office knows what customer service mean which is Alba so it is bad for all state to have this kind of customer service level very poor

Nothing but problems. I changed to Allstate because they had a low rate and the milewise program seemed like a good idea since I don't drive much. I had to repeatedly call them because each agent/representative I spoke with told me different details. They charged me for two cars even though I only had one (traded in). The milewise program was supposed to show the charge for each trip in my car but never did so I have no idea how much I was actually paying. Also, they lied about the milewise daily rate. Eventually I got fed up and changed insurance but after a week of repeatedly emailing/calling them they still haven't canceled my policy and are STILL charging me and sending me policy renewal documents. This is the absolute worst insurance office I have ever dealt with. I consider myself fortunate that I didn't have to file a claim with for my home as who knows what nightmare that would have been.

When I moved away from the DC area I thought about changing insurance agents, but am glad that I stuck with Venice. She and her team are wonderful. They are always available to answer questions about my policies and work to find me discounts when my situation changes. Even though they are recorded, I look forward to the calls around the holidays and my birthday with friendly reminders like changing batteries in the smoke detectors!
