Does anyone have a direct number to this store? I’m tired of calling the call center and just being bounced around like a ping pong ball because the “agents” don’t talk to each other about an order I placed online. No one sent me a confirmation that my order was ready for pick up so it got cancelled. Whenever I would speak with someone at the call center, they would tell me the phone I ordered was out of stock even though I keep repeating that it was for store pick-up, not delivery. Now, I can’t place a new order until the previous one is completely cancelled which, what I was told, would take 4-5 days. I even asked for a direct number to the store and the woman from the Philippines gave me the call center number.
I use my phone for personal and work. I can’t keep using this phone that is constantly freezing when I make a phone call or in the middle of talking to a client. 4-5 days is too long to wait for a phone that works.

Tried to apply to be a salesman. Called them to ask for an interview only to be LEFT on that voicemail robot. No Agents to pickup, no manager, no hiring manager. Does that store even have humans running? The hell is wrong with you people?!! PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO WORK AND YOU’RE TESTING THEIR PATIENCE

I arrive, it's hard to get someone to attend, a lady attends to me and I ask her about the Internet services, she tells me to put some information on her tablet, she leaves and they leave you like an idiot waiting and I see that she comes out, she leaves and doesn't say anything, what a rubbish service and although I have 2 lines with veryzon they simply disappoint you as a customer who is one

Was there today because my SIM card was failing. Got assistance really quick replaced it for free and left in less than 20 minutes. Thanks guys!

5 customers, 3 staff, 1 hour wait … on a Monday. You do the math.
[FYI : this is more for the consumer to take note of rather than for the retailer to make improvements. If you’re hungry, eat before stopping by here. If you’ve got kids, a pet, or an impatient person with you … beware. If you want to pre-plan your errands, you are NOT going to be able to squeeze this into your lunch break.]

useless employees on 03/10/2024 early afternoon, but at least they were open and staffed.
manager talking on his phone on a personal call the entire time i was in there, which was almost an hr.
would not recommend.

I would give this no star if I could. The staff there was rush and I felt like I was being rush. The sales person was like telling that I was taking an awfully long Time to make a decision. No patience at all. VERy RUDE.

Typical of Verizon. I have been a customer for over 20 years, my bill is over 300/mo because I have numerous lines, and they charge me $30 to move an old phone to a new phone. Ridiculous!!!
