Nana was very exceptional with helping us print out our photos multiple times. He went above and beyond with also helping us install it into the frame that we purchased from the store. Please if there’s any way to appreciate this man’s kindness and passion for this job. Let’s do that for him. The whole experience was phenomenal. He deserves a raise! Thank you

They NEVER answer the phone and there used to be a lady named Annie/the red head there was so nasty towards everyone. They even got my prescription wrong on multiple occasions meaning I had to count my pills everytime. I was short almost 20 pills one time. I tried letting the front know several times and I got a phone number in which to express my complaint and my service. They never even called me back.

Disgusting and against any sanitary regulations! Cashier who was helping my daughter had awful deep cough she couldn't stop. She has been wiping her mouth and coughing on her hands. Rag mask she had down her chin and made no effort at least to cover her mouth. I called in a store to talk to manager and someone who refused to tell me her name and position start to make explanations about "totally healthy " assosiate " . She was rude and persistent in her theory about "dry throat ". I need this issue to be addressed properly

Had to come twice since they hadn’t started my prescription 4 hours after it was sent. Waited in line 3 minutes which time and it took 15 minutes and I actually got to the window. We are understaffed and a total waste of time.

HORRIBLE! I’ve been visiting for 5 weeks and I have never had such poor service in a pharmacy. Understaffed, slow. Unapologetic. Just horrible. Save your time and go somewhere else. I will never shop here again. Especially the pharmacy.

Awful pharmacy, every time I go I have to wait about 15-25 minutes to get my medicine, even when there is no one in line. They never answer the phone when you call either. Last time I called they said my medicine wasn’t a priority and to come in a couple of days to get it, when online it says that medicine should be filled in two hours once received. Next, I had someone come get my migraine medicine because I couldn’t get out of the house and they told the person that it’s an over the counter medicine and to go look for it themselves. It’s a prescription medicine that was filled and they refused to give it to the person. Then they completely deleted the medicine and used one of me refills when I complained to them they told me “call your insurance we can’t do anything about it” when it was their mistake. The old staff was good but this new staff sucks and needs proper training.

Horrible pharmacist - not knowledgeable - the female pharmacist is horrible. It used to be great when the other guy was here. (He was the Asian guy, and then the Ethiopian? guy were great, I absolutely loved them)I’ve been going here for years. It was great for years. Now this new pharmacist woman (and I’m a woman myself and hate saying it) is so unorganized and doesn’t know what she’s doing. She said my prescription was not going to be ready for pickup because it was too early. It’s a 30 day prescription, and she wanted me to pick it up 35 days later. It’s just odd - she can’t count days. So I’m wondering how can she count pills?I tried to call, and no answer.The rest of the reviews say the same thing. I’m wondering when Walgreens will actually notice how bad it is

They used to have very bright, efficient and pleasant staff. I’m returning after a while (3/2023). Snail slow staff (ie techs and pharmacist), fussy, inexperienced and difficult to work with. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere.

Used to be a solid 3.5 star pharmacy- not great, but then, none are. At least you could get your prescription filled. Now? No. The last 3 times I've been there the same tech comes to the window and tells me in a low voice- which is inaudible, so I have to ask her to repeat at least 3x and I'm nowhere near deaf - that my insurance either (a) won't cover my Rx, or (b) won't allow a refill yet. I have to point out that I don't ask for early refills because I know they aren't allowed by law to do that, and her computer clearly tells her that I'm due; if (a), then I tell her that my insurance does cover my meds. She always looks annoyed or bored, leaves the mic, does nothing that i can see, then comes back. Tells me "no, your insurance doesn't -" at which point I ask, "How much is it? $44? OK, I don't care, I'll pay for it and talk to my insurance later." She will then look surprised and ring it up; when I look at the bag, the printout clearly says, "Your insurance saved you X dollars!" If (b), I then become trapped in a 2-day loop of calling my doctor and asking for the Rx to be sent (with my Dr responding that they already sent it days ago), and I have to explain that the pharmacy says there's no refill on file; doctor's office says, "Fine, we'll re-send it." Then I call the pharmacy to be sure they got it. They deny it. I demand to speak to the actual pharmacist and, "OH THERE IT is! Yep, we'll get that for you today." Whereupon I start the drive-thru dance again. The same tech also tells me, 9x out of 10, to please come inside. I tell her I can't stand up for more than 5 minutes without literally falling down, do they want that liability? Then I get the bored/annoyed look again. Every other tech has been friendly and helpful. This charisma-school dropout apparently also failed basic reading and comprehension. I am up ranting this at nearly 2am because a week ago when I was there, one of the meds she said wasn't covered (or was out of refills, who can remember since we were talking about several prescriptions for the family) - was NOT in the bag that I eventually received after tough negotiations (i.e., repeating myself half a dozen times). I hadn't noticed its absence in the circus of getting everyone's business straight bc it was one of *my* medications. Unfortunately, this is a med that has rough side effects if stopped suddenly. I'd been wondering all week what kind of bug I had that made me violently ill and dizzy, but with no fever or other symptoms - til it hit me that I was missing that medication. I have been vomiting my guts out ALL WEEK after every commute to and from work because this uncooperative creature finds it easier to lie to a customer than to y'know, do her job. I am so far BEYOND furious I can't even express it. I have been less of myself for every part of my life from being so ill - because SHE WON'T READ. I am tired of doing this f****** dance every time I have to go to this store. I try to time everything so I make just one trip a month and I STILL dread that one interaction that I know will leave me with elevated blood pressure and impotent rage. For the love of all that is holy, Walgreens, get this pharmacy's act together. A pharmacy is literally what you ARE. The store is just a cash grab, and it doesn't distract from the fact that your woefully understaffed pharmacy is struggling. You've got ONE GIG and you're messing it up.

Such a bad experience, I wanted to print some photos and the lady who did not even help at all was so rude and aggresive not just to me but other costumers as well, I usually dont leave reviews but I am for this lady because the way she speak and treat customers is so wrong, I believe her name is Sharon, if you walk in there and she gon be the one to help you just ask someone else to help you since she is incompetent to do her job and Provides such bad costumer experience or go to another Walgreens. STAY AWAY FROM THAT LADY!

While the overall Walgreens chain is borderline OK, this particular branch (on Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg, MD) is filled with grossly incompetent staff. Orders incorrectly filled, orders that are delivered 2 to 4 weeks late (or longer) thus jeopardizing my health, waiting on lines for 40 minutes (or more) for a simple prescription pickup, waiting on the phone for an hour to speak to a staff member who then has no idea how to answer a simple question ... and so on. DON'T use them unless you enjoy wasting huge amounts of time.

This is the closest to my home, and the store staff members are very friendly, I can't say so for the pharmacy side, they are very slow and the waiting period for prescriptions is very long. The overall store is clean and well kept, you can find everything you need in its right place. I recommend if you're in a rush to get your prescription filled allow some time because you'll have to wait. Overall I give 3 stars

I took my kids to have the covid booster and flu shot there. The scheduled appointment was on 11/22/22 at 4:45 pm but they didn't get the shot until 5:45 pm. The people at the register didn't know what they are doing. Took 30 mins to create an account for my kids, when I purchased the candy upfront, the cashier didn't know how to apply my Walgreen cash. Finally, it was our turn to have the shot, they gave my son a flu shot even though I didn't request it and told three different people that he doesn't need one. My son already got the flu shot from his annual check-up, but the pharmacist still administered a shot to him and he didn't even apologize!! He is very unprofessional, stressed out, and irritated. I will never go back to this pharmacy again!! Walgreen really needs to train their employees well, their service is terrible and you will be much better off going to to CVS, target or Giant where the wait is short and provide great customer service.
