The line of teller windows has been reduced, although the number of customers remains the same, so expect a 30-minute wait on a Saturday, now that the close at moon instead of 2 pm.

I was making a deposit in my checking account today and was told by the teller, Kiely Rivera, that I should have made my deposit outside in the ATM. It was rude of her. She was not courteous. Itwas hot outside; I am a senior citizen. No more banking here for me.

charging fees to cash their own business checks... that's scammy. ... not to mention 30 min I spent in line, let me know where to invoice you for my time... the guy could have asked if it was personal or business. Cashed a business check before no issue.

Terrible service! From my experiences this bank is not willing to cater and provide quality customer services to individuals outside of the Latino community. This is the bank closest to me which sucks they will take walk in clients before you and even if you have signed in and are unwilling to help. I am considering closing my account because I am disappointed in the services I have received. I tried to get a temporary bank card and was unable to the woman that greeted me was rude and didn't know how to communicate the basics.

Tried to make an appointment for the next week to meeting with a banker reg my bank account today on Saturday 2/20/21The system doesn't give me any dates available starting 2/22/21, MondayI realize that I try to make an appt after business hours but there is no notification on the site stating that the ONLINE appt must be made only during business hours

Absolutely ridiculous. Slowest service ever. About 45 minutes in the drive thru. Not the first time.

Waited for 25 minutes in the drive through to cash a check. Then I was told I had to come inside which I did. Then I had to wait again at the door 5 minutes to get inside. Once I got inside I had to wait for another 15 minutes for them to very a large corporations check. After doing all that then at the last minute they tell me I have to pay a cash check fee. Stay away from this terrible bank.
