I’ve been with Wells Fargo almost 30 years , this go to be worse location services, i’ve been walked out from this location three times, I thought I can give them one more chance, is the same frustration again and again?I would not regret going back at all, three time Experian only 1 or 2 customers in front of me but I need to wait for 20 minutes or more that is ridiculous service, the manager there not flexible, and the people need to be trained to work, big-time unlike other location. If continually not improve, it will hurting the reputation.

They have one banker who was busy with a client and the teller asked me to wait while the manger was inside with her colleague. later on after waiting for 25 mins when I asked for how long should I wait, the manager came out to help. Zero customer service, I will close the account with them

They deserve 20 stars!!!!!! :)) Super-efficient, and super-friendly customer service! We had an urgent deadline to wire money overseas, and my husband and I suddenly realized this late in the day, due to the time difference in Europe! Because of this, Ms. La Santa and Mr. Correa spent a very long time helping us! Even after the bank closed, Mr. Correa stayed AFTER HOURS continuing to help us to make sure that all the money was wired successfully! We could not be more grateful to the wonderful employees in this bank branch. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to Ms. La Santa, Mr. Correa, and to all of the employees!

This bank is the best! All the employees have been so gracious and helpful. Eduardo Correa is super kind and really helpful with all our needs. Zulay LaSanta is incredibly efficient and helped us so much when we first opened an account there. The young woman who usually works at the drive through window is so friendly and cheerful it makes my day just to say "hi" to her! Thank you all for being the most helpful and friendly bank around!

Horrible customer service. They don't answer their phones and they don't answer your emails. They don't return your phone calls. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that branch

Lines are very short and the facility is clean. Most tellers provide great service and go out of their way to help me. Very impressed.

I've had nothing but courteous managers and tellers work with me on my accounts. They've never pressured me to open anything more than what I've asked for.

Will be pulling my money out of here. Tried to ask a simple question yesterday about contacting someone to express my concern about Wells Fargo funding the dapl. What did I receive back? An a****** laughing in my face. He was the most offensive, condescending, degrading person. How do they train their employees? Obviously with zero training on how to handle the complaints, or basic insight on human decency. I will transfer my money as soon as possible. Sitting in this f-ing bank with one simple request to file a piece of paper. Who is the only one available? The aforementioned a-hole I described above. Great. Everyone in there is rude af and I am sick of tolerating such horrible behavior from anyone who has to come up with an ad campaign begging us to trust them again after all the shady s*** they do Giant FU to Wells Fargo.

The customer service is way over the top, so much so that I feel the need to write a review. The minute you walk in you have someone in your face telling you you'll be next in line, then they continue to tell you this as if you're an idiot, I know how lines work. I was finally helped (wait time was fine), and then the same manager interrupted the banker during service to ask if we needed her help, really? Totally obnoxious, she needs to back off, it comes off extremely pushy and frankly, makes it seem like she doesn't have a job. Is your job to let people know they are next in line and to interrupt the people actually working? I also received a follow-up call to find out if service went well...I went in for something very mundane, please don't call my cell phone number which I didn't give you permission to call. I hope the manager reads this review and backs off, instead of making the experience pleasant which is probably what she's trying to do, I left really annoyed at the whole thing.

i went in there for to get some change for the company, i work for!! i know they get charge for their change but why give a current customer such embarrising moment in front of other customers!! im going to cancel my account with this people!! watch out for Anita Said " if you dont like the service, we can help you cancel your account!' im so done now!!
