Wonder Book is a unique and interesting used bookstore with a wide variety of books and collectibles. It features an impressive selection of vintage cookbooks, often in good condition, though some may be a bit pricey. The store has a quirky, maze-like layout with lots of nooks and crannies, making it a fun place to explore. Beyond books, there are also unique items for sale, such as vintage prints, postcards, T-shirts, and local fudge, creating an upbeat and eclectic vibe. The store is well-organized, offering a good collection of large mass-market paperbacks, especially in genres like sci-fi, fantasy, mystery, and children's books. Customers appreciate the availability of newer books and the convenience of searching for titles on the computer. Loyalty cards are available, providing rewards for frequent visitors. While the store's prices are generally fair—sometimes slightly higher than other used bookstores—they are still less than retail prices. The shop's location can be a bit tricky to find, tucked behind a strip mall and self-storage facility, but parking is ample, and the quiet setting adds to its charm. Staff are friendly and easygoing, and customers enjoy discovering unexpected finds, making Wonder Book a treasure for book lovers seeking a mix of vintage, rare, and contemporary titles.
Love this place. It is a maze of books. Easy to lose time and carry out an arm load of books.

As a lover of vintage cookbooks, this place has rows full of them. I will say that some of the books are a tad expensive given their condition, but the selection is impressive and makes it worth it!Nothing warm or inviting about this place. If you go in knowing that, you won’t be let down. Very much basement vibes.

This shop (the very long gone Book Alcove, in its previous iteration) has always been a gem. Since my early teen years until now, it has always been amazing and has unexpected finds. It is a magical shop and a treasure.
