I went into this location yesterday and the young lady was not helpful at all. She was leaning over the counter and I began to explain what I needed she automatically told me it could not be done because it was a claim phone which is incorrect! If you an Att then why not. I went to another location and had an amazing experience!! The Gambrills location needs to retrain their employees.

Visited the Crofton store within an hour of closing, surprisingly, 4 ppl ahead of me, so braced myself for a wait. Laylaa, the Mgr, was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and handled herself like a PRO! Although she was assisting multiple, no one felt slighted. Her customer service was IMPECCABLE!
