They changed my whole plan without my authorization. They changed it after I left the store. I got a text message saying that I added features. (That's how I found out) I had to call att to change everything back. Go there with caution.

Tried to return a phone for account credit and was told at this store they can’t do it. There were 2 staff in the store and no other customers. The woman said I need to get a mailing label from customer service but when I called customer service they said to take it to a store for a faster account credit!The store in Pasadena by BJ’s was able to take care of me!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Javonna. She helped me and my entire family with upgrades and switching plans from Verizon to AT&T. Javonna was very fast and efficient, she answered every question I asked with a smile on her face. I highly recommend anyone who goes to get anything type of service done at AT&T I hope you come across Javonna she’s the best and has excellent customer service skills!

Not very helpful. I recommend dealing with the AT&T main customer service. Three people were behind the counter working on the day that I went and their customer service skills were sub par. They are a bit too casual with customers and not professional enough.

When the sign says “open” and with the business hours printed on the door, one would expect the business to honor such schedule. Called ahead and came into the store, to find the door locked and nobody inside. Called again, and this time the person on the phone tells me that she’s in training and her associate is on the way, and should be there approximately 5-15 mins. Well, the time has passed and I haven’t seen anyone yet. What kind of business is this?

I love that someone was available to help me as soon as I arrived. Divine was very friendly and took his time to explain all options. I was able to get a new phone in no time. I visited the location in Gambrills, MD.

A not so Divine experience - would never recommend this store. I stopped here to fix a complex issue that had me going in circles with AT&T customer service line in which they cut off my service and discontinued my account while trying to port over to another carrier. After 4 excruciating hours on the phone trying to fix it, they said my ONLY option is to go in store. I came to this store and the person working was named Divine. He asked for the phone number associated with the account, I provided it and explained that he wasn’t going to get in because they closed my account before I could pay off my phone. I just needed to pay it off so they could unlock it but I needed to go in person to access so I could prove my identity since I couldn’t do so over the phone. He ignored everything I said and just said nothing he can do to help. Well he did it even try. He didn’t explore other options he gave up immediately with out any solution. He said I needed to go to another store. I am already beyond frustrated at this point, drove to the store in Bowie where the lady manager did everything in her power to help and found success in doing so. She also said that Divine at the other store was perfectly capable of doing the same, it was a matter of laziness and/or incompetence. DO NOT got this store! Save yourself the time and just go to the one in Bowie where people will actually help you. I also hope AT&T sees this and reevaluates Divine’s employment there. He is not competent enough for this job and is a terrible misrepresentation of the company. He didn’t even know when his own store closes/opens. Absolutely awful experience. Divine needs to go or get serious training.

When I went to the AT&T store in Gambrills/Crofton area, I like the greeting when someone comes in and says hello, wlcm to AT&T store and the Reps there are very kind and polite, with customers. And answering my questions I needed to say. It was good customer Srvc. Thank U

Make sure you ask for all the in and out when you go to that store. I had experience with an agent who didn’t explain clearly a promotion and I figured out I was screwup 5 minutes later and he made me pay 100$ re-stocking fees. I will never deal with this agent again. We called manager who sided with the agent. Very poor costumer service and poor leadership. You are warned if you are going to this shop. Don’t expect a good costumer service! All they want is your money! “ETHICS IS NOT THEIR BASELINE”

Some of the worst customer service (if you have another store to go to, you should). There was no triage when entering the store so customers had to just wait in line (took over 1.5 hours to be helped). There was no supervisor present to assist and while one associate was proactive, the other associate was moving very slow and not prioritizing customers. After the sale, associates did not have apple product knowledge to transfer the phone data to the new phone.

AT&T store in Gambrills, MD took care of me. Specifically Issac Cesserat helped me pick the best mobile family plan for my current situation, helped pick the best phone for me AND transferred data from my old phone over to my new phone!!! I think he could sense that I was/am technologically challenged. All of this in 20-25 minutes flat. Look for Issac if you need help from an ATT store.....
