“11/24/2023 - Devon deserves a raise! He answered the phone when I called to make sure they had a replacement battery in stock and that someone would be there to install it late on a Friday evening. He stayed over his hours to make sure my new battery was installed correctly. He didn’t rush, he didn’t pressure me into any purchases I didn’t need, and he answered every question I had before I purchased the new battery. He was extremely pleasant throughout the experience…which wasn’t easy, since it took quite a bit to get the old battery out. Thanks to Devon for an amazing experience!”
