“The other day my RV’s battery for the Mercedes diesel engine suddenly decided to fail while we were camping nearby. After purchasing a new battery, the manager helped me remove the old one install the new battery. That’s not a service I was expecting and Jay, the employee was super helpful and went above and beyond.”
