I booked online for a single process hair color and when I got to my appointment the lady told me she didn't have time to do it. I've always used this place but they just wasted my time. Why did I even make a appointment? Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cindy was really great. Experienced and she communicated everything she was doing. My blow out was superb and the foils came out beautifully. I loved that she told me exactly what the service fees were going to be ahead of time. Also her shampooing was excellent. Very pleased!

Nicole was fabulous! I showed her a few example pics and let her have at it. She nailed the cut and the color to help me embrace the grey growing in. She gave me the edgy look I was hoping for. I highly recommend her and look forward to coming back.

Stylist was friendly, however my wash, cut and blow dry took all of about 15 minutes . You charge for the max an hour . Not offered any product in my hair . Cut was fine but very flat . I was disappointed needless to say

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Glenis at Bubbles Salon. I explicitly told her I wanted to keep my length and even showed her that I only wanted a maximum half-inch trim. Despite this, she cut over 3 inches—a drastic difference that I did not consent to.
During the shampoo, I repeatedly expressed how difficult it is for me to grow my hair and how important it was to preserve my length. Unfortunately, Glenis completely disregarded my wishes and did what she wanted instead. This careless approach has had a major impact on my confidence and mental well-being, as my hair does not grow fast.
If you value your hair and expect a stylist who listens, I strongly advise you to steer clear. I do not trust her, and I would hate for someone else to go through this same disappointment.

Rose did a great job explaining everything to me and it was the most enjoyable keratin treatment I have ever had. Price was comparable and everything was clean. I love how my hair came out. I have baby fine hair and not a lot of it! Thanks Bubbles!

My experience at Bubbles was wonderful! Very kind staff, clean facilities, and I absolutely loved my haircut by Glenis! Very skilled, kind, and knowledgable. I will definitely be back for future haircuts.

I went to Christine this afternoon and she was so nice to talk to. She took such care of my hair- offering me a good wash with a conditioning treatment, and gave me a phenomenal haircut. She was so careful when lining up my front pieces and she was so gentle when she blew my hair dry- which is huge bc my hair is pretty fragile. I am going to recommend her to anyone.

It certainly was not worth $76.00 plus a $10.00 tip. I will never return, and not because of the price. The atmosphere was not welcoming.

Cyd rushed, she left the hair quite uneven, she kept stopping to text during the service, her station and mirror were dirty, which made me wonder if her tools were clean. Worst haircut ever. Will never go back.
