I went in to pick up euros I had ordered and deposit a check. There was a line of two people ahead of me and two tellers behind the counter. One teller was handling a deposit and the other didn't seem to be doing much. The working teller finished with the customer and took the next one. Another customer came in behind me. Then another customer came in. The working teller took the customer in front of me. Three of us were standing in line waiting. Finally, the other teller called me. My transaction was handled efficiently. This is not the service I'm come to expect from Capital One. I can only hope it does better the next time.

Update 1/20/3018: the atm ate my cash deposit for the sixth time in a year. I depend on this atm to take my cash and credit my account so I can pay my bills online (I work 8a-6p so I can't walk into the bank ever). It also ate my debit card two weeks ago and I finally got a replacement. This atm needs to be replaced since they obviously can't repair it properly. The drive thru atm has been down for the past three days and three times in one year it has ate my money upon deposit and not credited my account, the compa still honored my deposit but it was still a pain to have to call customer service and get the credit.
