“The general manager was awesome and went over and beyond to greet her customers. I go into a store and are generally ignored upon greeting and speaking with me. She was able to help me make some clothing choices. I was shopping with my mom in a wheelchair and the general manager did the same thing with my mom. She was able to help my mom find what she was looking for. The rest of her team was very friendly, assisting with the checkout process.
To the powers that be in old navy, you need to copy what the general manager and her staff have done here to use in your other stores.”

“First and foremost - ask for Danny. He is compassionate, sweet, understanding, and EXTREMELY helpful. My condo rental had a small fire which riddled our home with nasty smoke smell. I was referred by ServPro to contact this company - definitely the best referral I could have gotten.
The company, itself, does amazing work and they are there to help you through catastrophes - big or small.
Let me tell you a little more about Danny though. This dude.. He like adopted me and my fiancé. I'd invite him to our wedding! He is so knowledgeable in regard to renter's insurance - he had so many awesome suggestions that didn't even deal with his part of the business, and that is true customer service. When you're in a pickle and have no idea where to turn, it is a true blessing to meet someone like Danny.
I have had to text message Danny multiple times (only because I had a question, not because there was anything further needed from their end) and he ALWAYS responds immediately. You can't put a price on that kind of service. He is just the nicest, down-to-earth guy. I hope you get the opportunity to work with him and his team.
Keep in mind, having your things tossed through by strangers is very scary and uncomfortable. Danny and his team came in and they breezed through our textiles. They never once made us feel like we were "gross" or anything of that sort. That is the type of service that we all yearn for. Don't look up any other company - this is the one you want to help you out. (and ask for my boy Danny!)”

She informed me that I could buy my jeans on line if my size wasn't in the store and described the process of ordering, my reward points and the amazing benefits of having the rewards and a AE credit card. Our associate that closed our sale at the checkout was helpful too and ordered my jeans for delivery. The management and dressing room staff was amazing too!! Iam a total fan of this store and AE. “I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. “12.24.22I stopped in to look for jeggings or skinny jeans as they carry petite sizes (petite for height not weight and is often reflected as short). They are only one of few stores that carry petite sizes. Upon entering, a male associate, Billy, asked if I needed assistance, which I was grateful for. He assisted me in finding a size 2 or 4 (short) as I wasn't sure which size I was. I currently own only one pair of next-level stretch jeggings (jeans + leggings) from this retailer in size 6 which is ill-fitting. After trying on both sizes today I determined that I should be wearing a size 2 not 6. My current jeggings is loose in the waist and I constantly have to pull my jeggings up. While in the fitting room, I asked two associates for their opinion on the size 2 as it bunched up around my ankles and they said the fit overall looked perfect. One of them was kind enough to check the inventory to help me find another pair in a different color, but they didn't have any in store or online. Bummer! There is currently a promotion for buy one, get one 50% off. They are giving away a nice, holiday reusable shopping bag at checkout upon request.AE has a rewards program and I was informed that if you add the app to your phone, you will receive a birthday offer. Darn. I previously signed up for the program, but did not know about having to add the app to my phone so missed my birthday offer. Next year I'll be ready to take advantage of it.”
