“Finally some signs of life in this shopping center. This store is clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Decent merch esp for price point . Glad they found a home in Waugh chapel.”
“The general manager was awesome and went over and beyond to greet her customers. I go into a store and are generally ignored upon greeting and speaking with me. She was able to help me make some clothing choices. I was shopping with my mom in a wheelchair and the general manager did the same thing with my mom. She was able to help my mom find what she was looking for. The rest of her team was very friendly, assisting with the checkout process.
To the powers that be in old navy, you need to copy what the general manager and her staff have done here to use in your other stores.”
