Not sure what’s going on here. Years ago I switched to Target-CVS because service at surrounding pharmacies were terrible. Michael and Stephanie were excellent with their customer service and expertise running the pharmacy. Since Michael retired, the new pharmacist is very knowledgeable, but his customer skills aren’t that good, but enough to tolerate. Lately, customer service has gone down hill. There obviously has been medicine shortages here as well as other places, but the people you talk to on the phone (if you get through) and in person don’t seem to have sympathy explaining the situation. Though it’s a little inconvenient for me to bypass 3 pharmacy locations with drive thru service, I chose this location for the customer service. Now that the customer service has gone downhill, I might as well go back to the more location convenient locations. I have started to move my subscriptions to another CVS. The only advice I have for the lead pharmacist at the Target-CVS, is don’t forget how you got your customer base. Keep the same formula that was used to get us there and keep us there. That formula doesn’t seem like it’s used anymore.Danny T

I'm going with a solid 3 stars... when they're okay they're okay. Tried to get medication for our child this afternoon, waited and waited, finally we went and asked what the issue was, they told us they didn't have the medication... It wouldn't have been an issue if you just called us and told us that rather than sitting on it.

The gentlemen give good service; however, Thursday, April 28, 2022, I had to have a script transferred to this location-- a woman who I was transferred to speak with commented on how she did not have time do so because she ends her day at 7 PM, ET. Granted, I informed her that I did not need the script filled until the next day or Saturday, but the woman produced an attitude. I doubt if this would have occurred face-to-face.Target CVS execs, do not allow unprofessional workers to ruin your business reputation.

Just in here. They look your order up and get it. To pay you have to move to the other end because CVS systems are down. I ask her if CVS IS getting ready to close do I need to find another pharmacy because this is the second CVS that does not have its stuff together. She suggest I try the WALGREENS in the next shopping center. You heard it here first find another pharmacy per the associate working the counter at the Target CVS. Either they are closing or they do not want your business.

On 2 different occasions CVS did not have my meds when needed and failed to notify me timely or help me find a pharmacy who did and 2 other times my meds were not filled within a reasonable amount of time and in a particular time 9 hours and that was only after my husband went elsewhere and their pharmacist made it happen. One excuse I received at my local Crofton MD CVS is that they were a week behind.

The pharmacy hours are such bull. Next time, I’m getting my prescriptions at an actual pharmacy with legitimate hours for people that work for a living

This is a great CVS. The pharmacy staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. I am very impressed with how professional, compassionate, and patient the pharmacists are. I believe that being a pharmacist in this day and age has to be an extremely onerous job to have, and I am grateful for the pharmacists at this CVS.
